Rashi (in Shir ha'Shirim, 2:10): "Ve'anu" means in a loud voice.

Sotah, 33a: We learn, via a Gezeira Shavah "Ve'anu" "ve'ha'Elokim Ya'anenu be'Kol" 1 in Yisro Sh'mos, 19:19 - in connection with Ma'amad Har Sinai - that the B'rachos and the K'lalos must be recited in Lashon ha'Kodesh.
