Rashi: Those who knew him, and now see his breakage.

Ibn Ezra: People clap over him, and over his house.

Malbim: He claps his hands over the winds and laughs at them - he is not at all worried.

Malbim: Also this is in jest. The wind cannot do anything to him - it does not budge him from his place.
