What is the meaning of "Vehis'halachti be'Soch'chem"?
Rashi: It means that Hashem will walk among us 1 in Gan Eden, 2 and we will not be scared of Him. 3
Ramban: It means that Hashem will deal with us openly, like a king who walks in the midst of his camp, providing his troops with all their needs.
Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: It means that Hashem will rest His Shechinah among us.
Seforno: And His honor will be visible for all to see.
Seforno: As the Navi indicates in Yeshayah, 66:1, 2. Not like in the Beis-Hamikdash, where the Shechinah was confined to a fixed location, as the Pasuk writes in Shemos 25:8, 29:43, 30:6.
Rashi: Though we will fear Him, as the Pasuk goes on to say "Vehayisi lachem l'Elokim".
What are the connotations of "Vehayisi lachem l'Elokim ve'Atem Tih'yu Li le'Am"?
Seforno: It means that, since Yisrael will then 1 be in the image of Hashem, Hashem will be their sole G-d, 2 - as He intended when He created Adam (had Adam not sinned by eating the forbidden fruit) and at Matan Torah (had Yisrael not sinned by the Eigel ha'Zahav).
Targum Yonasan: It means that Hashem will be our G-d who redeems us, and we will be His holy nation. 3
Seforno: In the days of Mashi'ach and in Olam ha'Ba, to which this Parshah is referring.
We will no longer be under the jurisdiction of the Mazalos or of any other powers.See Seforno, who elaborates further.
See Na'ar Yonasan, who suggests that Targum Yonasan concurs with the explanation of the Seforno.
