What is the significance of filling their houses with good?

1.

Malbim: Not only does He not punish Resha'im for telling Hashem "go away from us!" - He fills their houses with good! If their good is via Hashgachah, He should withhold it!

What do we learn from "va'Atzas Resha'im Rachakah Meni"?

1.

Malbim: Hashem's counsel and conduct with Resha'im is hidden from people. Via this, all ask about the evil of the world's order, and do not know a proper answer. This was Hashem's intent, to test Tzadikim who serve from love and believe without heeding all this (Rasha v'Tov Lo). They believe that Hashem oversees, and it is proper to serve Him and fear Him due to Himself (without concern for reward and punishment).
