What is the meaning of "Yitzpon l'Vanav Ono"?

Rashi: This is said in astonishment. Is this [a proper] Midah? One who did evil all his days - should he be b'Shalom and die b'Shalom, and Hashem will store his sin 1 for his children, to strike them? Malbim - this is improper for two reasons. Refer to 21:19:2:1. 21:20:2:1

Ibn Ezra: Ono is his evil, like "Machshevos Onech", "Poked Avon Avos Al Banim..."

Why did he conclude "Yeshalem Elav v'Yeda"?

Rashi: It is praise for Hashem to pay the Rasha himself, and he will know that he did evil.

2.

Ibn Ezra: "V'Yeda" is like "va'Yeda Almenosav 1 ."
