"Va'yamas Aharon Sham". What happened in the cave?
Rashi (in Pasuk 26): Moshe instructed him to enter the cave and to lie on the bed there that was prepared for him, to stretch out his arms close his mouth and shut his eyes. 1
Rashi: When Moshe expressed a desire to die in the same way, his request was granted, as the Pasuk indicates in Ha'azinu Devarim, 32:49.
How did Aharon die?
Having already stated that Moshe removed Aharon's clothes ... as he was commanded, why doe the Torah repeat it here before informing us that Aharon died?

Why was Miriam buried in Kadesh, Aharon on Hor ha'Har and Moshe on Har ha'Avarim (Har N'vo)? Why were they not all buried in the same location?
R. Bachye #1: They were buried in accordance with their Midos: Aharon to the south - which denotes Midas Chesed, Miriam further north and Moshe in between them.
R. Bachye #2: Because each one's burial-place served to atone for a sin which Yisrael had performed there, and protected them from punishment. 1
