Why does it say "El Nuldu"?

Metzudas Tziyon: This is like Eleh Nuldu. The same applies to "ha'To'evos ha'El" (Vayikra 18:2).

Why is there a Dagesh in the Lamed in "Nuldu"?

Radak: This is because we do not pronounce the Vov [as a consonant 1 ], even though the Vov is written.

It is pronounced as a consonant in the infinitive 'Lehivaled' (PF).
