What is the meaning of "Kol Yad Nachal Yabok"?

?Nachal? can mean ?a valley? or ?a stream or a brook?. Some commentaries translate it one way, others, the other way.

What is "ve'Chol asher Tzivah Hashem Elokeinu" referring to?

Rashi: It refers to all the other places that Hashem commanded them not to conquer and which they duly left alone.

Targum Yonasan: It means literally 'like all that Hashem commanded them'. 1
