Bava Basra 145b #1: This refers to one who learns Gemara (he always has difficulties).

Bava Basra 145b #2: This refers to one who learns only Mishnah (he can never give a ruling). One who learns Gemara can give rulings.

Bava Basra 145b #3: This refers to one who has a bad wife. "

Bava Basra 145b #4: It refers to an Istenis (a very sensitive person);

Bava Basra 145b #5: It refers to a merciful person (he is always upset by other people's problems).

Bava Basra 145b #6: It refers to an irritable person.

Rashi citing Bava Basra 146a: Even Shabbos and Yom Tov (when an Oni eats well, for we distribute Tzedakah to the poor then) are difficult. A change in one's routine brings stomach sickness.

Malbim: Verse 14 said "u'Fi Chesilim Yir'eh Iveles." He is unsure about everything that he sees. He asks, we find that all an Oni's days are bad - he is afflicted because he hears the Torah's Chukim, and even so his days are always bad!

Bava Basra 146a: It includes the nights. His roof is lower than the others, and rainwater falls onto his roof and drips inside. His vineyard is the highest. Its soil gets washed onto others' vineyards.

Bava Basra 145b #1: This refers to one who learns only Mishnah (he does not encounter difficulties).

Bava Basra 145b #2: This refers to one who learns Gemara ¹ (he can give rulings).

Bava Basra 145b #3: This refers to one who has a good wife.

Bava Basra 145b #4: It refers to one who is not sensitive.

Bava Basra 145b #6: It refers to one who is easygoing.

Rashi: One who is happy with his wealth, it is as if he is always at a feast. This teaches that one should rejoice in his portion.

R. Yonah: Tov Lev, even if he is poor, is not included in "Kol Yemei Oni Ra'im."

Malbim: A Kesil asks, one who always makes a feast, he is always happy. This shows that there is no reward for going in Chachmah!
