Why is the day called "la'Shem"?

Rashi: It is dear to Him.

Radak: His honor and strength will be seen that day. This is when Gog and Magog will come to Eretz Yisrael, like it says in Yechezkel (39:2).

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: The day will come from Hashem.

Malbim: The day will be special to Hashem.

What spoils will be divided among you?
1.
Rashi: The spoils that you will take from your enemies. Targum Yonasan is like this; "you" refers to Yerushalayim.
2.
Radak: The Goyim will [Malbim ? begin to] divide the spoils of Yerushalayim inside the city ? "v'Nashasu ha'Batim" (2).
