Why does it say that He stands to the right of the Evyon?

1.

Radak: One who trusts in Him, for he is poor and has no strength to be saved [via himself], Hashem stands to his right and saves him from the Resha'im who are "Shoftei Nafsho" and plan to kill him.

2.

Malbim: People see that the Oni is not left to chance, and even when he stands in front of those who judge his life, and want to execute him - "b'Hishafto Yetzei Rasha" (verse 7), Hashem stands to his right to vindicate him and protect him.
