Radak #1: "Ar'eka" is like 'I will make you hear.' Sight is applied to other senses, for it is the strongest sense ? "v'Chol ha'Am Ro'im Es ha'Kolos (Shemos 20:15), "Re'eh Rei'ach Bni" (Bereishis 27:27).
Radak #2: "Ar'eka" applies to the other vision that he showed to him of four horns (2:1). This vision explains that one 1 , even though Zecharyah did not understand it until the angel explained it to him.
