Rashi: Those who conduct the plow were ashamed.

Radak: This is a command, and also Heililu (5). It is proper that they be ashamed, for their deeds and toil in the field were for nothing. Ikarim are farmers.

Radak: They are those who tend vineyards [Malbim - and olive orchards].

Rashi: This refers to the Ikarim (farmers).

Malbim (10): This refers to other grains and legumes that grow in a field.
