What is the meaning of "va'Tigmol Es Lo Ruchamah"?

Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: That generation will be eradicated amidst the Nochrim to which they were exiled.

Radak: It teaches that she weaned her, for the days of weakness extended, in the days of Zecharyah, Shalum and Menachem ben Gadi, who ruled 10 years. In his days, Pul Melech Ashur came. Also in the days of his son Pekachiyah, who ruled for two years until his son Pekach ben Remalyahu solidified kingship and ruled for 20 years. He overpowered Malchus Yehudah, and killed 120,000 men in one day. He also besieged Yerushalayim with Retzin Melech Aram.

Malbim: The third child was not born immediately during the days of nursing, like the second was. Rather, after she weaned Lo Ruchamah, she became pregnant with the third child.

Why does it say "va'Tahar va'Teled Ben"?

Rashi: The Nimshal is, they did more evil deeds. The simple meaning is, she bore another son.

Radak: This is a Mashal for Pekach ben Remalyahu.

3.

Malbim: This was a son, for Malchus Yehudah was strong in the days of Chizkiyah and Yoshiyah.
