1. Rebbi Yochanan: One recites the blessing of "Shehecheyanu" on Shemini Atzeres, the eighth day of Sukos.
2. The Amora'im give various reasons for why "Shehecheyanu" is recited on Shemini Atzeres.
3. There is discussion about whether some water libations were also performed on the first seven days of Sukos.
4. There is a dispute about whether some of the special Korbanos of Sukos may be offered if not all of them can be offered.
5. Rebbi Yehudah: One does not have to stay overnight in Yerushalayim after offering the Pesach Sheni.

1. One does not recite this blessing on the seventh day of Pesach, because it does not have the status of an independent festival.
2. Some say that Shemini Atzeres differs from Sukos in that there is no Mitzvah of Sukah or Lulav, and there is a Mitzvah of Nisuch ha'Mayim (water libations). It therefore has the status of an independent Yom Tov and requires its own blessing of "Shehecheyanu."
3. Some say that water libations were performed, although to a lesser extent. Some say that they were not performed at all on the first seven days.
4. Tana Kama: All of the special Korbanos that must be brought every day of Sukos must be brought. We cannot bring some without the other, because that would not be a fulfillment of the Mitzvah to bring the special Korbanos for that day of Sukos. Rebbi Yehudah: A lack of bull offerings does not prevent us from bringing the other offerings, as we see that the number of bull offerings decreases every day of Sukos.
5. Similarly, when one brings Bikurim to the Beis ha'Mikdash, he must stay overnight in Yerushalayim.
