SUMMARY
1. According to Rebbi Shimon, if one brings a Minchas Ma'afeh of half Chalos and half Rekikin, and he separates the Kometz from only the Chalos or from only the Rekikin, he fulfills his obligation b'Di'eved. 2. If one brings a Minchas Ma'afeh of half Chalos and half Rekikin, the leftover oil must be poured into the Chalos, according to the Tana Kama who argues with Rebbi Shimon. Rebbi Shimon ben Yehudah in the name of Rebbi Shimon disagrees. 3. A Minchas Nesachim may be brought as a Nedavah. 4. If one vows to bring a Minchah of a certain sum of Esronim and he forgets the amount, he must bring a Minchah of 60 Esronim, according to the Tana Kama. 5. Rebbi maintains that if he vowed to bring the Minchah in one Kli, he must bring 60 Menachos which consist altogether of 1,830 Esronim. 6. If one vows to bring a specific Minchah of a certain sum of Esronim, and he forgets what type of Minchah and the sum that he pledged, he must bring five Menachos of 60 Esronim, according to the Chachamim. Rebbi maintains that he must bring 60 Menachos times five. 7. The Shirayim of a Minchah may not be burned on the Mizbe'ach. Rebbi Eliezer maintains that it may not be placed on the Mizbe'ach as a Rei'ach Nicho'ach, but it may be placed on the Mizbe'ach l'Shem Etzim. 8. According to the Rabanan, a Minchah of 60 Esronim requires 60 Lugin of oil. Rebbi Eliezer ben Yakov disagrees. 9. If one vows to bring a small Korban or a small Minchah, he may bring a larger Korban or a larger Minchah, according to the Rabanan. Rebbi disagrees. 10. If one vows to bring Etzim, he must bring no less than two logs of wood. 11. If one vows to bring Levonah, he must bring no less than a Kometz of Levonah.

1. However, l'Chatchilah he must take the Kometz from the Chalos and Rekikin together. 2. According to Rebbi Shimon ben Yehudah, the leftover oil is eaten by the Kohanim. 3. However, if one vowed to bring a Minchah and he forgot which one, he is not obligated to bring a Minchas Nesachim out of doubt, since many of its laws differ from the other Menachos which are brought as a Nedavah. 4. 60 Esronim is the maximum amount for a Minchah which is brought in one Kli. He must bring 60 Esronim and stipulate that the amount of his vow will be for his Neder and the remainder will be a Nedavah. 5. According to Rebbi, he must bring a Minchah which is exactly the sum of his vow, no more and no less. Therefore, he must bring 60 different Menachos; one Minchah of one Isaron, a second Minchah of two Esronim, and so on, and he must stipulate, "The Minchah which matches the amount of my vow will be for my Neder, and the others will be a Nedavah." 6. According to Rebbi, he must bring altogether 9,150 Esronim. 7. Any item of Kodshim of which a portion was placed on the Mizbe'ach may not be burned on the Mizbe'ach. However, according to Rebbi Eliezer, it may be placed on the Mizbe'ach l'Shem Etzim. 8. According to Rebbi Eliezer ben Yakov, all Menachos require exactly one Log of oil. 9. According to Rebbi, if one vows to bring a Minchah of three Esronim, he may bring a Minchah of five Esronim. If he vows to bring a small ox, he may bring a larger ox. 10. Rebbi maintains that Etzim are considered a Korban, and thus they require salt, Hagashah, and Kemitzah, and they must be burned on wood of Hekdesh. 11. If one vows to bring an unspecified item on the Mizbe'ach, he must bring Levonah.
