SUMMARY

1. The water of rivers and streams, even if privately owned, is not considered to have the Techum of its owner.
 
2. The Halachah follows the more lenient opinion in disputes about the laws of Eruv.

4. Rebbi Yakov and Rebbi Zereika taught many guidelines about how we rule in arguments among Tana'im.
