2. If the Yoledes brought her Olah before she died, her heirs may not bring her Chatas.

3. If a person designated a Korban Asham and subsequently died, his heirs may not bring the Korban.

4. All Korbanos slaughtered she'Lo Lishmah are Kosher with the exception of a Korban Chatas and a Korban Pesach. Rebbi Elazar says that an Asham is also an exception.

5. If someone designates two Korbenos Chatas, one for his Korban and another as a back up, after he brings one of them the other one is sent out to pasture.

6. If the Eimurim of a Korban is brought she'Lo Lishmah on the Mizbe'ach, the owner fulfills his obligation. If it is not brought on the Mizbe'ach at all, b'Di'eved the Korban is Kosher.

9. If one dies and leaves a Korban which has not yet been brought, his sons may bring it, but they not make a Temurah.

A BIT MORE

1. Although the woman died and the Korban no longer atones for her, it still must be brought.

2. The Chatas may not be brought after her death. If the owner of a Chatas dies, the Halachah l'Moshe mi'Sinai states that the Chatas must be left to die.

3. When the owner of a Korban Asham dies, the Asham must be sent out to pasture until it develops a Mum. In any situation in which a Chatas must be left to die, an Asham is sent out to pasture.

5. It is left there until it develops a Mum, and then it is redeemed. The money is used for the purchase of a Korban Chatas. The Korban which was purchased may be brought even if the owner of the original Chatas already died, even though the Chatas of an owner who died may not be brought. In this case, since the original Chatas was only a replacement Chatas, it may be brought.

6. The atonement of a Korban depends on the sprinkling of the blood, not on the bringing of the Eimurim.

7. L'Chatchilah it must be redeemed after it develops a Mum and the money used for an Olah. Nevertheless, b'Di'eved if it is brought as an Olah, it is Kosher.
