SUMMARY

1. Rava explains according to Rebbi Shimon: if a non-Kohen, eats a Korban Olah, prior to the sprinkling of the blood - he transgresses five Torah prohibitions.
 
2. A person who eats Kodshei Kodashim outside of the Azarah is punished with Malkus.
 
3. There is a Mitzvos Lo Sa'aseh not to eat the flesh of a Korban which has become Pasul.
 
4. A non-Kohen who eats from a Korban Chatas prior to the sprinkling of the blood is exempt from the punishment of Malkus.
 
5. If Bikurim were separated prior to Sukos but were not brought to the Beis ha'Mikdash prior to Sukos, they must be left to rot. This is because the owner is no longer able to read the Parshah of Bikurim.
 
6. According to Rebbi Shimon, Bikurim may not be eaten by the Kohen prior to the reading of Parshas Bikurim. The Rabanan disagree.
 
7. If Bikurim are separated and brought after Sukos, the Parshah of Bikurim is not read. According to Rebbi Yehudah, such Bikurim may be eaten as soon as they are brought into the Azarah.
 
8. The Bikurim must be waved by the Kohen in all four directions.

A BIT MORE

1. Although a Kohen may not partake of an Olah, he may partake of the meat of other Korbanos. Since one of the five prohibitions is that of a non-Kohen eating from a Korban, a Kohen transgresses only four prohibitions, not five.
 
2. However, the prohibition applies only to a Korban which may be eaten inside the Azarah, but not to an Olah which may not be eaten anywhere, even inside the Azarah.
 
3. However, the prohibition applies only to a Korban which otherwise may be eaten, but not to an Olah which may not be eaten even if it is valid.
 
4. Since a non-Kohen may not eat from a Korban Chatas even after the sprinkling of the blood, the prohibition of eating the Chatas prior to the sprinkling of the blood does not apply.
 
5. The Parshah of Bikurim may be read only between Shavu'os and Sukos. Since the Bikurim were separated prior to Sukos when the Parshah may still be read, it must be brought prior to Sukos while it is still possible to read the Parshah.
 
6. The Rabanan maintain that the Bikurim may be eaten after they are placed in front of the Mizbe'ach, even though the Parshah of the Bikurim has not yet been read.
 
7. However, according to Rebbi Eliezer ben Yakov, the Bikurim may not be eaten until they are placed in front of the Mizbe'ach.
 
8. Rebbi Eliezer ben Yakov maintains that the Kohen places his hand under the hands of the owner and they wave the Bikurim together.
