Everyone agrees that only the earth of Chutz la'Aretz is Tamei, not the air.
Beis Shamai holds that the Rabanan penalize a person who becomes a Nazir in Chutz la'Aretz and he must keep an extra 30 days in Eretz Yisrael.
Beis Hillel holds that he is penalized that he must recount the entire Nezirus when he goes to Eretz Yisrael.
R. Yehudah says that if a Nazir becomes Tamei on the last day of Nezirus he only must recount thirty days.
Beis Shamai holds that if two witnesses testify that a person took on five Neziruyos and two other witnesses say it was two Neziruyos, the testimony is void.
Beis Hillel holds that he must keep two Neziruyos since both sets of witnesses agree that he took on at least two Neziruyos.
R. Yishmael Ben R. Yochanan Ben Berokah holds that Beis Shamai and Beis Hillel agree that he must keep two Neziruyos.
R. Yishmael Ben R. Yochanan Ben Berokah holds that the dispute between them is when one witness testifies that he took on two Neziruyos and the other one says five Neziruyos.
Rav says that if one of the witnesses says that he took on 1 and 2 Neziruyos and the other said 3, 4 and 5 Neziruyos everyone agrees that the testimony is void.
In Eretz Yisrael they say that if one says he took on 1 and 2 Neziruyos and the other said 3, 4 and 5 Neziruyos the testimony is not void.
If someone says he shall be a Nazir and his friend says v'Ani and another friend says v'Ani, they are all Nezirim. (1)
If the first one is released from his Nezirus by a Chachamim, they are all released from their Neziruyos. (2)
If someone says he shall be a Nazir and his wife says v'Ani he can annul her Nezirus and his Nezirus is ineffective.
If a wife says she shall be a Nezirah and the husband says v'Ani he cannot annul her Nezirus.
Reish Lakish says that the friends must say v'Ani within the time of Toch Kedei Dibur. (3)
R. Yehudah Nesi'ah says that if the friend says v'Ani immediately after Kedei Dibur he is a Nazir.
A BIT MORE
1. If each one says v'Ani Toch Kedei Dibur.
2. If the last one is released from his Nezirus only he is Mutar and the others remain Nezirim.
3. Toch Kedei Dibur is the time that it takes for a Talmid to say Shalom to his Rav.
A COMPLETE DENIAL
Beis Hillel holds that if two witnesses testify that a person took on five Neziruyos and two other witnesses testify that a person took on two Neziruyos the testimony is void. The Rosh says that if he acknowledges that one set of witnesses is testifying truthfully he must keep the Nezirus. The testimony is only void if he denies taking on the Neziruyos.
If two sets of witnesses both testify about a person, one set testifies that he took on five Neziruyos and the other set of witnesses testifies that he took on two Neziruyos he must keep two Neziruyos because two is included in five. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 3:9)
