SUMMARY
1. According to Rebbi Shimon, one is permitted to extinguish a coal of wood on Shabbos, which is situated in Reshus ha'Rabim, in order to prevent it from causing damage to the public. 2. If blood, oil, Menachos, or Nesachim become Tamei, a bonfire is set up on the floor of the Azarah in order to burn it. 3. If the blood of a Chatas splatters on a garment, it must be washed in the Azarah. 4. If the blood of a Chatas Pesulah or of a Chatas ha'Of splatters on a garment, it is not necessary to wash it in the Azarah. 5. If a Chatas which is brought in the Azarah is cooked in a metal utensil, the utensil must be rinsed on the inside and outside. 6. If a Chatas ha'Of was brought inside the Azarah between the Melikah and the sprinkling of its blood, and the blood is still inside the bird, there is a doubt about whether the Korban is Pasul. 7. If the convulsions of a Chatas ha'Of moved it into the Heichal and it subsequently moved back into the Azarah, or if the convulsions of a Korban of Kodshei Kodashim moved it into the south of the Azarah, it is valid. 8. If the blood of a Chatas ha'Of spills from the neck onto the floor of the Azarah, there is a doubt about whether it may be scooped up and sprinkled on the Mizbe'ach. 9. If the blood of a Chatas ha'Of splatters from one garment onto another, according to Rebbi the second garment also must be washed in the Azarah.

A BIT MORE
1. According to Rebbi Shimon, the Torah's prohibition against extinguishing on Shabbos applies only when the act is done with intent to make a coal, and when one needs the coal. In any other case, the act of extinguishing is forbidden only mid'Rabanan, and in a situation of potential damage to the public the Rabanan suspended their decree. 2. Kodshim which became Tamei are burned in the Azarah. Liquids, such as blood and oil, are not burned in the Beis ha'Deshen with the other Pesulei Kodshim; rather, they are burned in a separate bonfire. 3. Whether the blood splattered from a Chatas ha'Penimis or from a Chatas brought in the Azarah, the garment must be washed. 4. Even if the Chatas was valid for some time before it became Pasul (for example, it was Pasul with Linah, Tamei, or Yotzei), if the blood splatters on a garment it is not necessary to wash it in the Azarah. 5. A metal utensil in which a Chatas ha'Penimis was cooked does not require rinsing. 6. When a Kli Shares containing the blood of a Chatas Behemah is brought inside the Heichal, the Korban becomes Pasul. If the animal is brought into the Heichal with the blood inside of it, it is valid. In the case of a Chatas ha'Of, the blood is not received in a Kli Shares but rather it is applied to the Mizbe'ach directly from the neck of the bird. Hence, the neck perhaps is akin to a Kli Shares, and if it is brought into the Heichal it is Pasul. 7. Kodshei Kodashim must be slaughtered in the north of the Azarah. Nevertheless, if the Korban moved or was brought into the south of the Azarah after Shechitah, it is valid, and it is not necessary to move it back to the north of the Azarah. 8. If the blood of a Chatas Behemah spilled after it was received in a Kli Shares, it may be scooped up and used for the Zerikah, but not if it spilled directly from the next of the animal onto the floor of the Azarah. In the case of a Chatas ha'Of, since the blood is sprinkled directly from the neck of the bird, perhaps it is not necessary to receive the blood in a Kli Shares, and the blood is valid for Zerikah even if it spills onto the floor of the Azarah. On the other hand, perhaps the blood is Pasul if it is received in a Kli Shares, and if the blood spills on the floor of the Azarah it is Pasul. 9. If the blood is valid for Zerikah even after it splatters on the garment, and it may be squeezed out of the garment and placed on the Mizbe'ach, then certainly the second garment must be washed. Even if the blood is Pasul for Zerikah after it splatters on the first garment, the blood still is valid for Zerikah. Rebbi agrees with Rebbi Akiva that if blood was valid for Zerikah at one point, even if subsequently became Pasul, it must be washed in the Azarah if it splatters onto a garment.
