SUMMARY
1. Beis Hillel says that the blessing on the wine is recited before the blessing of Kidush. 2. Rebbi Yochanan says that when one must recite both Musaf and Minchah, the prayer of Minchah is recited before the prayer of Musaf. 3. A Shelamim which was brought the previous day is eaten before a Chatas or Asham which was brought today, according to Rebbi Meir. If both were brought today, the Chatas or Asham is eaten first. 4. A Korban brought less frequently was mistakenly slaughtered before a Korban brought more frequently. There is a doubt about whether the Zerikas ha'Dam of the less frequent Korban should now be done first. 5. A Korban Pesach slaughtered before noon of Erev Pesach is Pasul. If it is slaughtered before the afternoon Tamid, it is valid, but its blood should be placed on the Mizbe'ach only after the afternoon Tamid is offered. 6. According to Rebbi Shimon, oil may not be brought as a Nedavah. Rebbi Tarfon disagrees. 7. Shmuel says that according to Rebbi Tarfon, if one brings oil for a Nedavah, a Kometz is separated from it and burned on the Mizbe'ach, and the remainder is eaten. 8. Rebbi Shimon says that if a person sees oil being burned on the Mizbe'ach, it must be from the leftover oil of the Rekikin brought by a Kohen or by the Kohen Gadol. 9. According to Rebbi Akiva, wine may be brought as a Nedavah, but not oil. 10. According to the Tana Kama, a person who brings oil as a Nedavah must bring at least one Log. Rebbi says that he must bring at least three Lugin. 11. Shmuel says that wine brought as a Nedavah must be sprinkled on the fire on the Mizbe'ach. 12. If a person removes a burning coal from the Mizbe'ach and extinguishes it, he is Chayav. 13. When the Kohen performs the Terumas ha'Deshen, he may not extinguish any burning coals. 14. One is permitted to extinguish a coal of metal in Reshus ha'Rabim on Shabbos in order to prevent damage to passersby.

A BIT MORE
1. The blessing on the wine is said first because the wine is what causes the Kidush to be recited. Also, the blessing for wine is recited more frequently than the blessing of Kidush. 2. If a person delays the Musaf prayer until it is time for the Minchah prayer, he should recite the Minchah prayer first. 3. A Chatas and Asham has more sanctity than a Shelamim. Therefore, if they were brought on the same day, the Chatas or Asham is eaten before the Shelamim. 4. Perhaps since the less frequent Korban was slaughtered first, its Zerikas ha'Dam also should be done first. On the other hand, perhaps the more frequent Korban should be offered first, and the Kohen should shake the blood of the less frequent Korban (which he slaughtered first) so that it not congeal while the more frequent Korban is offered. 5. One of the Kohanim shakes the blood so that it not congeal until it is time to place it on the Mizbe'ach. 6. According to Rebbi Shimon, if one sees oil being distributed to the Kohanim, he must assume that it is the leftover oil from the Rekikin brought by a Yisrael, or from the Log Shemen of a Metzora. According to Rebbi Tarfon, it may also be from oil which was brought as a Nedavah. 7. Therefore, according to Rebbi Tarfon, if one sees oil being distributed to the Kohanim, it may also be oil which was brought as a Nedavah. 8. So much oil is included with the Minchah of the Kohen that not all of it becomes absorbed in the Minchah, and thus some of it is placed separately on the Mizbe'ach. According to Rebbi Tarfon, the oil from a Minchas Nedavah is also placed on the fire on the Mizbe'ach. 9. The wine is poured into the opening on the corner of the Mizbe'ach, where the Nesachim are poured, and it is not placed on the Mizbe'ach. 10. According to the Tana Kama, since a Stam Minchah is brought with a Log of oil, a Nedavah of oil must also be at least a Log. According to Rebbi, since the least of the Nesachim is three Lugin, a Nedavah of oil must also be at least three Lugin. 11. Although the wine partially extinguishes the fire on the Mizbe'ach (which is forbidden to do), Shmuel agrees with Rebbi Shimon that if the outcome of the act is unintended, the act is permitted. However, Rebbi Akiva maintains that the wine must be poured into the opening on the corner of the Mizbe'ach, because he maintains that even when the prohibited outcome is unintended, the act is forbidden. Therefore, one may not sprinkle the wine on the fire because it partially extinguishes the fire. 12. One is Chayav Malkus for extinguishing the fire of the Mizbe'ach. The prohibition applies even when the fire (or coal) is no longer on the Mizbe'ach. 13. If the coals are still burning, the Kohen must wait until they stop burning before he performs the Terumas ha'Deshen. 14. Extinguishing a metal coal is forbidden only mid'Rabanan. In a situation of potential damage to the public, the Rabanan suspended their decree.
