If it is a Safek if the white hairs appeared first or the Baheres appeared first Hakadosh Baruch Hu says he is Tahor and the Mesivta d'Raki'a says he is Tamei.
Rabah Bar Nachmani said in his last breath that he is Tahor and the Bas Kol stated you are fortunate Rabah your body is Tahor and your Neshamah departed with the word Tahor.
The Rabanim eulogized Rabah for three days and three nights and than a note fell from Heaven that anyone who departs will be excommunicated.

R. Chama Bar Chinena says Avraham Avinu was rewarded for giving the angels butter and milk with the Manna that was provided for Klal Yisrael in the desert, he was rewarded for standing over them with the clouds of him or and he was rewarded for giving them water with the Be'er of Miryam. (3)
On the third day of the Bris Milah of Avraham Hashem took the sun out of its sac so Avraham will not be bothered by guests.
A BIT MORE
1. Rebbe and R. Nasan arranged the six orders of the Mishnah while R. Ashi and Ravina arranged the Gemara in the order of the Mishnah.
2. Although the Se'udah of Shlomo was much bigger however it was for all of Klal Yisrael while the Se'udah of Avraham Avinu was only for the three guests and he provided an animal for each one of the guests.
3. R. Chama Bar Chanina argues with Rav who says that everything that Avraham Avinu did himself Hashem Yisbarach rewarded Himself and R. Chama says that the clouds of honor was a reward for Avraham standing over the angels.

Rabeinu Chananel explains that Rabah envisioned this Machlokes in his dream and he saw in his dream two groups in Heaven and the group that was closer to Hashem Yisbarach said Tahor and the group that was farther from Hashem Yisbarach said Tamei and in his dream he heard them say that Rabah shall decide. He envisioned this in his dream so that his soul will depart in peace and tranquility.

SIMAN TUM'AH
White hairs are not a Siman Tum'ah unless the Baheres was first but if the white hairs were first it is tantamount to a Baheres without a Siman Tum'ah and he is Tahor. If it is a Safek if the white hairs were first he is Tamei and I think that he is Tamei mi'Safek. (Rambam Hilchos Tumas Tzara'as 2:6, 9 6:9)
