SUMMARY
1. Oil is mixed with the Minchas Machavas and Minchas Marcheshes while they are still flour, according to the Chachamim. Rebbi disagrees. 2. Chalos of a Minchas Ma'afeh are mixed with oil. Rekikin are anointed with oil. 3. If five Chalos and five Rekikin are brought for a Minchas Ma'afeh, the Rekikin must be completely anointed with oil and the remaining oil must be mixed with the Chalos, according to the Tana Kama. 4. All Menachos require Petitah (crumbling it into pieces after it is baked), with the exception of the Shtei ha'Lechem of Shavuos and the Lechem ha'Panim. 5. All Menachos require Yetzikah (oil is poured in after the flour has already been mixed with oil), with the exception of a Minchas Ma'afeh. 6. The Minchah of a Yisrael is folded over twice and broken into pieces, while the Minchah of a Kohen is folded over twice, but not broken into pieces, according to the Tana Kama. Rebbi Shimon says that the Minchah of a Kohen is not folded over. 7. The Minchas Chavitin of a Kohen Gadol is folded over only once and is not broken into pieces, according to the Tana Kama. Rebbi Shimon disagrees. 8. Rav Yosef says that the blessing of ha'Motzi is recited for a Chavitza (a dish with contains small pieces of bread) which contains at least one piece of bread the size of an olive. Rav Sheshes says that ha'Motzi is recited even if the pieces are less than an olive's size. 9. Rebbi Shimon says that a Minchah is broken into pieces the size of an olive. D'Vei Rebbi Yishmael maintains that the Minchah is crumbled into flour. 10. When a Kohen brings a Minchah for the first time, he recites the blessing of Shehecheyanu. Upon eaten a Minchah, he recites the blessing of ha'Motzi.

A BIT MORE
1. According to Rebbi, the oil is mixed with the Menachos after they are made into Chalos. 2. The Chalos are only mixed with oil and not anointed with oil, while the Rekikin are only anointed with oil and not mixed with oil. 3. This is in accordance with the view of Rebbi Shimon, who maintains that five Chalos and five Rekikin may be brought for a Minchas Ma'afeh. However, the Rabanan maintain that one may bring only ten Chalos or ten Rekikin, but not five of each. 4. Even a Minchas Ma'afeh requires Petitah, even though it is baked in an oven and it is not made in a utensil. 5. Although a Minchas Ma'afeh requires two Matanos of oil, it does not require a Yetzikah of oil after the flour has already been mixed with oil. 6. The Minchah of a Kohen does not require Kemitzah, and it is completely consumed on the Mizbe'ach. Therefore, it is not broken into pieces, according to the Tana Kama. Rebbi Shimon says that the Minchah of a Kohen is not folded over at all because the Mitzvah of Petitim does not apply to a Minchah from which no Kemitzah is taken. 7. The Minchah of a Kohen Gadol consists of only half an Isaron of flour. Therefore, it is folded over only once, according to the Tana Kama. Rebbi Shimon maintains that it is not folded over at all. 8. Rava says that if the pieces are less than the size of an olive, ha'Motzi is recited only if the pieces have the appearance of bread. 9. According to Rebbi Shimon, after the Minchah is baked it is broken into pieces the size of an olive. Rebbi Yishmael maintains that after it is baked it is crumbled until it is returned to its previous state of flour. 10. According to the opinion that a Minchah is crumbled into flour, the blessing of Mezonos is recited, according to Rav Yosef.
