SUMMARY
1. If the limbs of valid Olos become mixed with the limbs of an Olas Ba'al Mum, and the head of one of them was brought on the Mizbe'ach, the remaining heads also are brought on the Mizbe'ach, according to Rebbi Eliezer. 2. Rebbi Elazar says that Rebbi Eliezer permits the remaining heads to be brought on the Mizbe'ach only if they are brought two at a time. 3. Chanan ha'Mitzri says that even if the Sa'ir ha'Mishtale'ach died after the blood of the Sa'ir ha'Penimis was received in a Kli, another goat is brought for the Sa'ir ha'Mishtale'ach and matched with the existing Sa'ir ha'Penimis. 4. Rav says that if a ring of Avodah Zarah becomes mixed with other rings, and one of the rings falls into the Dead Sea, the remaining rings are permitted. 5. If a Chatas ha'Meisah or a Shor ha'Niskal becomes mixed with other Korbanos and one of them dies, the remaining animals are permitted, according to Rebbi Eliezer. 6. If a ring of Avodah Zarah becomes mixed with 100 rings, and 40 rings are separated from the other 60 and become mixed with other rings, all of the rings are permitted, according to Rav. Shmuel disagrees. 7. If a Rimon Ba'adan of Terumah or Orlah becomes mixed with 10,000 Kosher pomegranates, the entire mixture is forbidden. Even if one of the 10,000 pomegranates separates from the mixture and becomes mixed with another 10,000 pomegranates, the entire second mixture is forbidden, according to Rebbi Yehudah. 8. Rebbi Shimon says that if one of the pomegranates from the first mixture becomes mixed with two other pomegranates, they are permitted, because it is a Sfek Sfeika. 9. Reish Lakish says that if a jug of Terumah becomes mixed with 100 jugs of Chulin, and one of them falls into the Dead Sea, the remaining jugs are permitted. 10. Rava says that according to Reish Lakish, if a fig of Terumah becomes mixed with 100 figs, even if one fig falls into the sea, the remaining figs are forbidden, because a fig is small and it is not obvious that it fell into the sea. Rav Yosef disagrees. 11. Rebbi Oshiya says that if a jug of Terumah wine becomes mixed with 100 closed jugs of Chulin wine and one of them opened, the Dimu'a (1/100 of the jug) must be separated and given to the Kohen. The remainder is permitted. 12. If a jug of Terumah wine becomes mixed with 150 closed jugs of Chulin wine, and 100 of them opened, the open jugs are permitted after the Dimu'a is separated. The fifty closed jugs are forbidden. 13. If an animal falls off of a roof, it is a Safek Tereifah. Even if it stands up, one may not slaughter it for 24 hours. Even if it walks, it must be examined after Shechitah for signs of Tereifah, according to Reish Lakish. Rebbi Yanai and Rebbi Yirmeyah disagree.

A BIT MORE
1. Although, l'Chatchilah, none of the limbs may be brought on the Mizbe'ach, Rebbi Eliezer maintains that if the Kohen did not know the Halachah and he brought one of the heads on the Mizbe'ach, we assume that the head which he brought was from the Olas Ba'al Mum, and the remaining heads are from the valid Olos. 2. Only one Ba'al Mum was mixed with the valid Olos. If two heads are brought at one time, we are assured that at least one of them is from a valid Olah. Since we know that one is valid, we assume that the other one is valid as well, and that the head of the Ba'al Mum was already brought on the Mizbe'ach. 3. Although, according to Chanan ha'Mitzri, the Sa'ir ha'Penimis was already slaughtered, it is not Nidcheh and there is no need to bring two more goats or to draw new lots. 4. According to Rav, we assume that the ring which fell into the Dead Sea was the ring of Avodah Zarah. One is permitted to sell the remaining rings as long as he sells them two at a time. 5. When the first one dies, we assume that the Chatas ha'Meisah or the Shor ha'Niskal is the one that died. Therefore, the remaining animals are permitted, according to Rebbi Eliezer. 6. Since the 40 rings are the minority, we assume that the ring of Avodah Zarah is among the 60 rings which are the majority. The 40 rings are forbidden, since an item of Avodah Zarah is not Batel even in 100. Nevertheless, when the 40 rings become mixed with other rings, it is a Sfek Sfeika and the rings are permitted, according to Rav. According to Shmuel, the rings are forbidden, since even a Sfek Sfeika is not permitted in cases of Avodah Zarah. 7. A Rimon Ba'adan is a very prominent item, and everyone agrees that it is not Batel because of its prominence. Even if a pomegranate from the first mixture becomes mixed with another 10,000 pomegranates, Rebbi Yehudah maintains that the second mixture is forbidden, even though it a Sfek Sfeika. 8. According to Rebbi Shimon, a Sfek Sfeika is permitted, even in the case of a Safek Avodah Zarah. Shmuel, who maintains that a Sfek Sfeika is forbidden in the case of a Safek Avodah Zarah but is permitted in the case of a Safek of all other Isurim, agrees with Rebbi Yehudah in part. He agrees in the case of Avodah Zarah, but not in the case of other Isurim. 9. Although Terumah is a Davar she'Yesh Lo Matirin because the owner could retract the Terumah by having his Neder released by a Chacham, nevertheless if one of the jugs falls into the Dead Sea, the remaining jugs are permitted. 10. According to Rava, since a fig is very small and it is not obvious that it fell into the sea, there is a concern that people will not know that the fig left the mixture and they will think that the mixture is permitted even without one of the figs falling into the sea. 11. A closed jug of wine is considered an item of prominence and is not Batel. When the jug is opened, it is Batel. Terumah is Batel in a ratio of one to a hundred, and it may be consumed after the percentage of Terumah in the mixture is separated and given to the Kohen. In this case, the percentage of Terumah is one in a hundred. Consequently, 100th of the jug must be separated and given to the Kohen. The remainder is permitted. 12. Although the majority of the jugs have been opened, we do not assume that the Terumah is among the majority. Therefore, the remaining jugs are forbidden. 13. If the animal is slaughtered within 24 hours, it is a Tereifah. Even if it is examined and no sign of Tereifah is found, it is considered "Risukei Eivarim," which is one of the Tereifos. According to Reish Lakish, even if the animal stood up after it fell, the Shechitah must be delayed for 24 hours. Even if it walked after it fell, it must be examined for Tereifos after Shechitah. According to Rebbi Yanai and Rebbi Yirmeyah, if the animal stood up, the Shechitah does not need to be delayed for 24 hours, but after Shechitah it must be examined for signs of Tereifah. However, if the animal walked after it fell, there is no need to examine it for signs of Tereifah after Shechitah.
