SUMMARY
A Bas Yisrael who is an Arusah to a Kohen, or a Bas Kohen who is an Arusah to a Yisrael, may not eat Terumah. (1)
A Bas Yisrael who is married to a Kohen who is a deaf mute, or a Bas Kohen who is married to a Yisrael who is a deaf mute, may not eat Terumah. (2)
The Yibum done by a boy between nine years old and Bar Mitzvah is regarded as a Ma'amar.

A BIT MORE
1. Min ha'Torah, a Bas Yisrael who is an Arusah to a Kohen may eat Terumah. However, the Chachamim decreed that she may not eat Terumah because of the possibility that she might share the Terumah with her siblings.
2. The marriage of a deaf mute is valid only mid'Rabanan. Consequently, her marriage to this Kohen does not allow her to eat Terumah. A Bas Kohen who is married to a Yisrael who is a deaf mute no longer may eat Terumah, because the Rabanan decreed that the marriage of a deaf mute is valid.

A BI'AH PESULAH
The Gemara derives from a verse that the Bi'ah of a Ger Amoni, Mo'avi, Mitzri, or Edomi, or a Kusi, Nasin, Chalal, or Mamzer who is at least nine years old invalidates a girl to Kehunah. The Rashba asks why we need a verse to teach that she is invalid to Kehunah; since she engaged in a forbidden relationship, she is a Zonah, and the Isur of a Zonah is stated explicitly in the verse! The Rashba answers that this Gemara is in accordance with Rebbi Eliezer, who rules that only a woman who strayed from her husband is regarded as a Zonah. Therefore, a verse is needed to teach that an unmarried woman who engaged in a forbidden relationship is forbidden to a Kohen. However, according to the Chachamim -- who rule that an unmarried woman who engaged in a forbidden relationship is regarded as a Zonah -- no verse is needed to teach that she is invalidated to Kehunah.

THE YIBUM OF A KATAN
The Bi'ah of a Katan under nine years old, and from the age of nine-year-old and up, is Koneh just like Ma'amar of a Gadol. (Shulchan Aruch EH 167:1)
Although the Bi'ah of a Katan who is nine years old is only a Ma'amar, it does entitle him to inherit the property of his brother. (Beis Shmuel)
