SUMMARY

1. According to Rebbi Yehudah, the copper Mizbe'ach of Moshe Rabeinu was three Amos tall. Rebbi Yosi maintains that it was ten Amos tall.

2. Rebbi Yehudah derives the dimensions of the copper Mizbe'ach of Moshe Rabeinu from the Mizbe'ach of Yechezkel, because both were outer Mizbechos. Rebbi Yosi derives the copper Mizbe'ach of Moshe Rabeinu from the golden Mizbe'ach in the Heichal because both were considered vessels.

3. Rebbi Yehudah maintains that Shlomo ha'Melech sanctified the floor of the Azarah for the Korbanos which were brought during the Chanukas ha'Mizbe'ach. The Zerikas ha'Dam, however, may be done only on the Mizbe'ach.

4. Rebbi Yehudah says that after the Shechitah of the Pesachim on Erev Pesach, one cup of blood is scooped up from the floor of the Azarah and sprinkled on the Mizbe'ach.

5. If the Mizbe'ach is damaged, the Kohanim may not eat the Shirayim of the Minchah or eat Kodshei Kodashim.

6. According to the opinion that the sanctity of the Beis ha'Mikdash remains forever, Korbanos may be brought even nowadays.

7. According to the opinion that the sanctity of the Beis ha'Mikdash does not remain forever, even Korbanos which were brought when the Beis ha'Mikdash was standing may not be eaten after the destruction of the Beis ha'Mikdash.

8. According to the opinion that the sanctity of the Beis ha'Mikdash does not remain forever, Ma'aser Sheni may not be eaten in Yerushalayim nowadays.

9. When the Leviyim were transporting the Mishkan in the Midbar, eating Kodshei Kodashim was forbidden, and Zavim and Metzora'im were forbidden from entering the Machaneh.

10. Kodshim Kalim may be eaten even when the Leviyim are transporting the Mishkan in the Midbar, according to the Rabanan.

A BIT MORE

1. According to Rebbi Yosi, the copper Mizbe'ach was three Amos tall from the Sovev until the Keranos.

2. Rebbi Yehudah learns from the Mizbe'ach of Yechezkel that the copper Mizbe'ach of Moshe Rabeinu was ten Amos wide. Rebbi Yosi maintains that it was five Amos wide. Rebbi Yosi learns from the golden Mizbe'ach in the Heichal that the copper Mizbe'ach of Moshe Rabeinu was ten Amos tall. Rebbi Yehudah maintains that it was three Amos tall.

3. The floor of the Azarah was valid only for the offering of the Eimurim.

4. If the blood of one of the Pesachim had spilled after it had been received in a utensil, the sprinkling of a cup of blood from the mixture of blood on the floor of the Azarah is Machshir the Korban.

5. Even Kodshim Kalim, which may be eaten anywhere in Yerushalayim, may not be eaten if the Mizbe'ach is damaged.

6. According to this opinion, Korbanos may be brought even at a time when there is no Beis ha'Mikdash.

7. The prohibition against eating the flesh of a Korban when the Beis ha'Mikdash is no longer standing is derived through a Hekesh from the blood of a Korban. Just as the blood may not be sprinkled after the destruction of the Beis ha'Mikdash, the flesh may not be eaten after the destruction of the Beis ha'Mikdash.

8. Ma'aser Sheni is derived through a Hekesh from Korbanos. Just as Korbanos may not be eaten in Yerushalayim nowadays, Ma'aser Sheni may not be eaten in Yerushalayim nowadays.

9. Metzora'im may not enter into the Machaneh Yisrael, and Zavim may not enter into the Machaneh Leviyim. Eating Kodshei Kodashim is forbidden, because the Mizbe'ach is not in place. They are not Pasul as Yotzei, because even when the Mishkan is transported it is still called an Ohel Mo'ed.

10. According to the Rabanan, Kodshim Kalim may be eaten even when the Mizbe'ach is not in its place. Rebbi Yishmael disagrees.
