SUMMARY

1. A Korban Chatas and a Korban Asham atone for a sin. An Olah does not atone for a sin.

2. A Shelamim and a Todah may be bought from money of Ma'aser Sheni if it was stipulated at the time of the Neder.

3. Rav Papa says that a law of Hekdesh which is derived through a Gezeirah Shavah may in turn be learned through a Hekesh.

4. Three types of Matzos are brought with a Korban Todah: Chalos, Rekikin, and Revuchah. They are all brought as flour.

5. The Par Kohen Mashi'ach and the Par and Sa'ir of Yom ha'Kipurim are cut up before they are burned, but the hide is not stripped off.

6. A law of Hekdesh which is learned through a Gezeirah Shavah may in turn be learned through another Gezeirah Shavah.

7. A law of Hekdesh which is learned through a Gezeirah Shavah may in turn be learned through a Kal va'Chomer.

8. A law of Hekdesh which is learned through a Kal va'Chomer may in turn be learned through a Gezeirah Shavah.

9. A law of Hekdesh which is learned through a Kal va'Chomer may in turn be learned through another Kal va'Chomer.

10. If, after the Melikah of a bird of Kodshim, the bird was found to be a Tereifah, it is not Metamei as a Neveilah, according to Rebbi Meir. Rebbi Yehudah disagrees.

11. If, after the Shechitah of an animal, it was found to be a Tereifah, everyone agrees that it is not Metamei as a Neveilah.

A BIT MORE

1. An Olah atones for a Mitzvas Aseh. However, it does not atone in the same way as a Chatas and Asham. A person who transgresses an Aseh is not obligated to bring an Olah.

2. If a person makes a Neder to bring a Shelamim or a Todah on condition that he will bring it from money of Ma'aser Sheni, he may do so. If he did not make such a condition, the Shelamim or Todah must be bought from Chulin.

3. Rav Papa learns this from Shelamim, which is learned from Ma'aser Sheni through a Gezeirah Shavah. Todah is learned from Shelamim through a Hekesh. However, Mar Zutra disagrees with Rav Papa, because Ma'aser Sheni which is learned through the Gezeirah Shavah is Chulin.

4. The Torah states explicitly that Revuchah is brought as flour. Chalos and Rekikin are learned from a Gezeirah Shavah. They are also brought as flour.

5. The Par Kohen Mashi'ach is taken outside of Yerushalayim while it is whole. It is cut up before it is burned.

6. The law that a Par Kohen Mashi'ach is cut up before it is burned is learned from an Olah through a Gezeirah Shavah. The Par and Sa'ir Yom ha'Kipurim are learned through a Gezeirah Shavah from the Par Kohen Mashi'ach.

7. A law of Hekdesh which is derived through a Hekesh may not be taught to another area through a second Hekesh. It may be taught through a Kal va'Chomer. Certainly, then, a law derived through a Gezeirah Shavah -- which may be taught to a another area through a second Gezeirah Shavah -- may be taught through a Kal va'Chomer.

8. A law of Hekdesh derived through a Hekesh may not be taught to another area through a Gezeirah Shavah. A law of Hekdesh derived through a Gezeirah Shavah may be taught through another Gezeirah Shavah. Certainly, then, a law of Hekdesh derived through a Kal va'Chomer -- which may be taught to another area through a Hekesh -- may be taught through a Gezeirah Shavah.

9. A law of Hekdesh derived through a Hekesh may not be taught to another area through a second Hekesh. It may be taught through a Kal va'Chomer. Certainly, then, a Kal va'Chomer -- which may be taught to another area through a Hekesh -- may be taught through another Kal va'Chomer.

10. According to Rebbi Meir, the Melikah of a bird of Hekdesh or the Shechitah of a bird of Chulin purifies it from Tum'as Neveilah, even if it is found to be a Tereifah. Rebbi Yehudah maintains that it is not purified from Tum'as Neveilah. Rebbi Yosi maintains that although the Shechitah of a bird of Chulin purifies it from Neveilah, the Melikah of a bird of Kodshim does not purify it from Neveilah.

11. Rebbi Yehudah and Rebbi Yosi agree that the animal is Tahor. Their dispute with Rebbi Meir is only regarding a bird, not an animal.
