SUMMARY
1. Rebbi Yishmael says that the laws of the Par Yom ha'Kipurim are derived from the Par Kohen Mashi'ach through a Kal va'Chomer. The laws of the Sa'ir Yom ha'Kipurim are learned from the Sa'ir Avodah Zarah through a Kal va'Chomer. 2. The burning of the Eimurim of a Sa'ir Avodah Zarah is derived from the Par He'elem Davar. 3. Tana d'Vei Rebbi Yishmael explains that the Torah mentions Yoseres and Shtei Kelayos with regard to the Par Kohen Mashi'ach, and not with regards to the Par He'elem Davar, because the Torah wants to minimize discussing the misdeeds of the beloved people of Hashem. 4. Tana d'Vei Rebbi Yishmael explains that the Torah mentions Paroches ha'Kodesh with regard to the Par Kohen Mashi'ach and not with regard to the Par He'elem Davar, because when many people sin it diminishes the assemblage of Hashem. 5. If the Kohen was Maktir the Kometz of a Minchah with a Machshavah of Pigul, but not the Levonah, or vice versa, it is Pigul, according to Rebbi Meir. The Chachamim disagree. 6. Reish Lakish says that according to Rebbi Meir, the Minchah becomes Pigul only if the Kohen was Maktir the first Matir with a Machshavah of Pigul, and he was Maktir the second Matir without a Machshavah. If he was Maktir the first Matir without a Machshavah, it is not Pigul.

A BIT MORE
1. Rebbi Yishmael maintains that a Kal va'Chomer may be based on something learned through a Hekesh. 2. The burning of the Eimurim of the Par He'elem Davar is derived through a Hekesh from the Par Kohen Mashi'ach. A law may not be derived through a Hekesh from another law which itself is derived through a Hekesh. Nevertheless, since the Hekesh is repeated in the Torah, it is as if the burning of the Eimurim of the Par He'elem Davar is stated explicitly in the Torah. 3. The Tzibur, the collective Jewish people, is the beloved of Hashem. Since the Par He'elem Davar is brought for the sins of the Tzibur, the Torah does not want to discuss the Par He'elem Davar at length. 4. It is as if there is no holiness any more. 5. The Chachamim state that it is not Pigul unless there is a Machshavas Pigul for the entire Matir of the Minchah, both the Kometz and the Levonah. 6. Reish Lakish maintains that Rebbi Meir agrees with the Chachamim that a Korban cannot become Pigul from one half of the Matir. However, Rebbi Meir says that if the first Matir was done with a Machshavah of Pigul, we assume that the second one was done with the same Machshavah. A person always does things in accordance with his first Machshavah.
