SUMMARY
Shevet Binyamin was the first to jump into the Yam Suf. (1) Rebbi Yehudah says that Nachshon Ben Aminadav was the first to jump into the Yam Suf. (2) Hashem Yisbarach said to Moshe that my beloveds are drowning in the sea and you are Davening a lengthy Tefilah. Rebbi Eliezer Ben Ya'akov says that the elders of the Kehunah and Leviyah were on the bottom of the mountain and everyone else was on top. Rebbi Yoshiyah says that the Kohanim and Leviyim who were fit to carry the Aron were on the bottom of the mountain and everyone else was on top. Rebbi says that all of Klal Yisrael were on the bottom of the mountain and they turned toward the mountains for the Berachos and Kelalos. We are bound with 16 Berisos for each Mitzvah; a general and individual blessing and curse that apply to all four aspects of the Mitzvah.(3) We are bound to sixteen Berisos multiplied by three, one each on Sinai, Arvos Moav and Har Gerizim and Har Eival. (4) Rebbi Yishmael says that the generalities of the Torah were mentioned on Har Sinai and the details were mentioned in the Ohel Moed. Rebbi Akiva says that the details were also mentioned on Har Sinai and they were repeated in the Ohel Moed and again in Arvos Moav. (5) Rebbi Shimon Ben Yehudah says in the name of Rebbi Shimon that we are bound with 48 Berisos multiplied by 603, 550 for every Mitzvah. Rebbi says that according to Rebbi Shimon we are bound by 48 Berisos multiplied by 603, 550 multiplied again by 603, 550. (6) Rebbi Yehudah Bar Nachmani says that the entire Parshah of Har Gerizim is a reference to the Aveirah of Eishes Ish. Each Berachah on Har Gerizim preceded its corresponding Kelalah on Har Eival. The Birchas Kohanim in the Mikdash was recited in one blessing and in the Medinah it was recited in three blessings.
A BIT MORE
1. They were rewarded that the Kodesh Kodshim was built in their portion of Eretz Yisrael. 2. They were rewarded with the Kingship of Klal Yisrael. 3. The four aspects of the Mitzvah are learning, teaching, guarding and doing. 4. Rebbi Shimon takes out Har Gerizim and Har Eival because Yehoshua only mentioned the Mitzvos in the Parshah at Har Gerizim and did not mention the entire Torah; he replaces Har Gerizim with the Ohel Moed in the Midbar. 5. The Tana Kama who includes the sixteen Berisos of Har Gerizim and does not include the Ohel Mo'ed holds like Rebbi Yishmael that only the generalities were mentioned on Har Sinai therefore Har Sinai and the Ohel Moed are counted as one. Rebbi Shimon who includes the 16 Berisos on Sinai along with the 16 Berisos of the Ohel Mo'ed holds like Rebbi Akiva that the details were also mentioned on Har Sinai and therefore Har Sinai and the Ohel Mo'ed are counted separately. 6. According to the Tana Kama of Rebbi Shimon Bar Yehudah we are an Arev for our friend's Mitzvos but we are not an Arev for the Arvus of our friend, while according to Rebbi we are also an Arev for the Arvus of our friends.

BRIEF INSIGHT
FOUR ASPECTS TO A MITZVAH We are bound with 16 Berisos for each Mitzvah; a general and individual blessing and curse that apply to all four aspects of the Mitzvah. The four aspects of the Mitzvah are learning, teaching, guarding and doing The Avnei Nezer says that since teaching about a Mitzvah is part of the Mitzvah therefore just as keeping Shabbos is a Mitzvah that is equal to all of the Mitzvos so too learning the Halachos of Shabbos is equal to learning about all of the Mitzvos. (Hakdamah to the Eglei Tal)
QUICK HALACHAH
NESI'US KAPAYIM How was the Nesi'us Kapayim done in the Beis ha'Mikdash? The Kohanim go up to the Duchan after the Kohanim complete the Tamid Shel Shachar and lift up their hands on top of their heads with their fingers out except for the Kohen Gadol who may not lift up his hands above the Tzitz. (Rambam Hilchos Nesi'us Kapayim 14: 9)
