SUMMARY
1. Rebbi Yehudah: One may make an Eruv Techumin by placing an item of Terumah in a graveyard, even for a Kohen.
2. There is a dispute about whether one is permitted to use a grave as the location of his Eruv Techumin.
3. The Mishnah says that one may make an Eruv from Demai (doubtfully tithed produce purchased from an Am ha'Aretz).
4. One may make an Eruv from Ma'aser Sheni or Hekdesh that was redeemed.

A BIT MORE
1. The Gemara explains that the case is when the food has not become susceptible to Tum'ah, and there is no Ohel over the food which transfers Tum'as Mes. The Gemara also explains how the Kohen (who is not permitted to enter a graveyard) can reach the food of the Eruv that is in the graveyard.
2. The Rabanan: One may not use a grave as the location of his Eruv Techumin, since one may not benefit from a grave by having it serve as his "Makom Shevisah" and having it protect the Eruv food for him. Rebbi Yehudah: One may use a grave as the location of his Eruv Techumin. Once the Eruv takes effect, he does not need the grave to "guard" it for him, and he does not benefit from the grave.
3. This is because one may declare all of his possessions to be ownerless and then become permitted to eat Demai, as poor people are permitted to eat Demai. Even though one generally would not do this, the mere ability to do so is enough to permit him to make an Eruv from Demai.
4. This law applies even when he did not yet pay the extra Chomesh of its value that one must pay when he redeems Ma'aser Sheni or Hekdesh.
5. One may not send a Cheresh (deaf mute), Shoteh (fool), Katan (minor), or someone who does not accept this Halachah.
