SUMMARY
A Nazir who becomes Tamei is called a sinner because of the possibility that he will transgress the Nezirus as a result of the extended Nezirus. (1)
If someone says Hareini ka'Zeh and a Nazir is passing in front of him, he is a Nazir.
If someone says Hareini Mesalsel if he is holding onto his hair he is a Nazir.
In order to be Chayav for carrying lime on Shabbos one must carry the amount that is used for the hair on the side of the head.
If someone says Hareini Mechalkel if he is holding onto his hair he is a Nazir.
Reish Lakish says that if a person says he is accepting on himself birds next to hair he is a Nazir according to Rebbi Meir. (2)
Rebbi Yochanan says that if a person says that he is accepting upon himself to bring birds he is a Nazir according to Rebbi Meir only if a Nazir is passing in front of him.
If someone makes a Shevu'ah with the Lashon Yamin (right) or Semol (left) it is a valid Lashon Shevu'ah.
If a person says that he will be a Nazir from the seeds or peels of grapes, or that he will be a Nazir from shaving or Tum'ah he is a complete Nazir. (3)
Rebbi Shimon says that a person only becomes a Nazir if he accepts upon himself all of the Dinei Nezirus. (4)
A Nazir is also forbidden to drink the wine of Kidush and Havdalah.
A BIT MORE
1. When a Nazir becomes Tamei he must start counting the Nezirus from the beginning and that may cause him to regret becoming a Nazir in the first place.
2. Even if a Nazir is not passing in front of him at the time.
3. The Rabanan hold that even though he only took upon himself to be a Nazir from some of the Dinei Nezirus he becomes a complete Nazir.
4. If he simply says Hareini Nazir he is a Nazir according to Rebbi Shimon because it implies that he is taking upon himself all of the Dinei Nezirus.

A NAZIR TAMEI
A Nazir who becomes Tamei is called a sinner. The Netziv explains that to become a Nazir is certainly laudable because when a person becomes a Nazir and separates himself from the material world he has the potential to reach the level of Ru'ach ha'Kodesh. However not every person is on the level to becomes a Nazir; many people are very far from reaching any great spiritual level and for those people it is a sin to become a Nazir since they are not ready for it. When a Nazir becomes Tamei it is an indication from Heaven that he was not ready to become a Nazir and therefore for him it is a sin to have become a Nazir in the first place.
QUICK HALACHAH
A COMPLETE NEZIRUS
If a person says that he will be a Nazir only from the seeds or peels of grapes, or that he will be a Nazir only from shaving or only from Tum'ah he is a complete Nazir and all of the Dinei Nezirus apply to him. Even though he only intended to be a Nazir with respect to one of the Dinei Nezirus since the Din that he took on is one of the prohibitions of a Nazir he becomes a complete Nazir. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 1:9)
