A BIT MORE
1. Tana Kama: Each person must bring an Asham Taluy. Rebbi Shimon: They bring one Chatas together on condition that whoever did not eat the Chelev piece gives his share of ownership in the Korban to the other person. Rebbi Yosi: Two people cannot jointly offer a Chatas. 2. Tana Kama: Each person must bring an Asham Taluy. Rebbi Shimon: They bring one Chatas and one Asham, with the condition that whoever did not eat the Hekdesh piece gives his share of ownership in the Asham to the other person, and whoever did not eat the Chelev gives his share of ownership in the Chatas to the other person. Rebbi Yosi: Two people cannot jointly offer a Chatas and an Asham. 3. For example, a Beraisa says in the name of Rebbi Shimon that there is no such prohibition as Pigul or Nosar for a Korban Olah, since it is already forbidden to eat. This implies that there is a Tana who understands that Rebbi Shimon maintains that even a more stringent Isur does not take effect on a lenient Isur of Kodshim. 4. Rebbi Meir: It is an ordinary animal and can go back to being Chulin. Chachamim: It must be put out to pasture until it receives a blemish, and then it is sold and the proceeds used for a Korban Nedavah. Rebbi Eliezer: It should be offered anyway, because if it does not provide atonement for this sin, it will provide atonement for a different sin. 5. Tana Kama: If the sprinkling of the blood had not yet done, the blood should be spilled and the meat burned, but not on the Mizbe'ach. If the sprinkling of the blood had already been done, it may be eaten. Rebbi Yosi: The blood should be sprinkled and the meat eaten, even if he discovered before the sprinkling that he did not sin.
