SUMMARY

1. Fruit was brought in and out of Yerushalayim *before* it reached the stage of Chiyuv Ma'asros. When Ma'aser Sheni is separated, it may be redeemed until it enters Yerushalayim another time.

2. Fruit was brought in and out of Yerushalayim *after* it reached the stage of Chiyuv Ma'asros. When Ma'aser Sheni is separated, there is a disagreement if it may be redeemed before it enters Yerushalayim another time.

3. There are two Pe'os of the hair of the head and five of the hair of the beard. A man is punished with Malkus for cutting off any one of those Pe'os.

4. There is a disagreement if it is prohibited to remove Pe'os without using a razor.

5. If someone rips out the hair of his head in mourning over a person's death, he is punished with Malkus.

6. If a Nazir received only one warning not to drink wine, he is punished with only one set of Malkus even if he drinks wine the entire day.

7. It is prohibited for a person to rip out hair in mourning over another's death. There is a disagreement regarding the amount that must be ripped out to make the person liable for Malkus.

8. If someone pulls out two hairs on Shabbos he must bring a Korban Chatas, according to the Chachamim. Rebbi Eliezer says he must bring a Korban even for pulling out a single hair.

9. Both the one who cuts another man's Pe'os, and the man whose Pe'os were cut, are punished with Malkus.

10. It is prohibited for one to gash himself in mourning over the death of another person. If one does so, he is punished with a set of Malkus for each gash.

A BIT MORE

1. Ma'aser Sheni which was brought into Yerushalayim may no longer be redeemed, even if it is brought back outside of Yerushalayim. However, if the fruit had not yet reached the stage of Chiyuv Ma'asros, it may be redeemed outside of Yerushalayim.

2. Beis Shamai maintains that it is considered as though the Ma'aser Sheni had already been separated when it was brought into Yerushalayim. Therefore, it may no longer be redeemed. Beis Hillel says that since the Ma'aser Sheni had not yet been separated when it was brought into Yerushalayim, it may be redeemed.

3. The Tana Kama maintains that if a person removes the two Pe'os of the head, or the five Pe'os of the beard, at one time, he is Chayav Malkus for each one of the Pe'os. Rebbi Eliezer maintains that if he removes all of the Pe'os of his beard at one time, he receives only one set of Malkus.

4. The Tana Kama maintains that the prohibition applies only when the hair of the Pe'os is removed with a razor. Rebbi Eliezer maintains that it applies even when the hair is removed with tweezers.

5. He is punished with Malkus for each rip, if he made numerous rips in his hair at the same time, even if he received only one Hasra'ah.

6. However, if -- after he drank wine -- he received another Hasra'ah and he drank wine again, he is punished with a second set of Malkus.

7. One Tana maintains that it is the size of a bean. Another Tana maintains that the tear must be large enough such that the scalp is visible. A third Tana maintains the person must rip out at least two hairs. Others maintain that the third opinion is the size of a lentil instead of the amount of two hairs.

8. The Chachamim agree with Rebbi Eliezer, that if a person pulls out one white hair from his dark hairs he is Chayav a Chatas for pulling out even one hair. It is forbidden for a man to pull out white hairs from among dark ones even during the week. It is a transgression of the law that forbids a man from wearing the clothing of a woman.

9. Rav Chisda asserts that the person who passively allows his Pe'os to be cut off is not punished with Malkus, and when the Beraisa says that he is punished, it is following the view of Rebbi Yehudah. Rebbi Yehudah maintains that one is punished with Malkus even for transgressing a Lo Sa'aseh which entails no action. Rava argues that the Beraisa may also follow the opinion of the Chachamim, and it is saying that a person is punished with two sets of Malkus for cutting off his own [two sets of] Pe'os. Rav Ashi explains that the Beraisa may follow the opinion of the Chachamim, and it refers to a case in which the person helped the barber cut off his Pe'os.

10. Rebbi Yosi says that one who gashes himself once for five different people who died is punished with five sets of Malkus.
