SUMMARY
Someone who takes on Nezirus while he is Tamei, the seventh day of Tum'ah counts for his thirty days of Nezirus. (1) Mar Bar Rebbi Ashi says that everyone agrees that if a person takes on Nezirus while he is Tamei the Nezirus goes into effect. Rebbi Yochanan holds that a person who takes on Nezirus while he is Tamei is punished with Malkus for the Isurei Nezirus. (2) Reish Lakish holds that a person who takes on Nezirus while he is Tamei is not punished with Malkus for the Isur of Tum'ah. If someone takes on Nezirus in a cemetery he does not have to bring a Korban Tum'ah. (2) If a person is warned not to take on Nezirus in a cemetery, if he takes on the Nezirus he is punished with Malkus. If a person becomes Tamei inside the Beis ha'Mikdash he only is punished with Malkus if he remains there for the time it takes to bow down. If a Nazir entered a cemetery in a chest and it was forcibly uncovered, it is a Safek whether he is punished with Malkus if he does not leave immediately. (3) It is a Safek if a Nazir who took on Nezirus in a cemetery must shave his hair. If a Nazir becomes Tamei to a Mes he must recount his Nezirus. The days of the Chilut of a Metzora do not count toward the days of Nezirus. (4)
A BIT MORE
1. However for a Nazir Tahor who became Tamei on the seventh day of Tum'ah, it does not count toward his thirty days of Nezirus since he still must bring his Korbanos on the eighth day. 2. If he exits the cemetery and reenters after he becomes Tahor he brings a Korban Tum'ah. 3. Maybe he is only punished with Malkus if he stays there for some time. 4. However he does not have to recount his Nezirus from the beginning.

BRIEF INSIGHT
NEZIRUS TAHARAH Someone who takes on Nezirus while he is Tamei, the seventh day of Tum'ah counts for his thirty days of Nezirus. Tosfos asks why does the seventh day count as the first day of his Nezirus, he is still a Tvul Yom until nightfall and a person who is Tamei may not start counting his Nezirus. Tosfos answers that the Tum'ah of a Tvul Yom is a very weak Tum'ah and it does not hold him back from starting his Nezirus.
QUICK HALACHAH
NEZIRUS IN A CEMETERY If someone makes a Neder to be a Nazir in a cemetery the Nezirus goes into effect. Even if he remains there for many days it does not count [for his Nezirus] and he is punished with Malkus for staying there. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 6:8) If he remains there the amount of time it takes to bow down he is punished with Malkus and if he remains there for less than that amount of time it is an unanswered question whether he receives Malkus.
