SUMMARY
1. If a Katan finds a shell and uses it for measuring sand, it is not considered a Kli and is not susceptible to Tum'ah. 2. If a person brings his fruits up to the roof in order to prevent infestation and dew falls on them, they are not susceptible to Tum'ah, unless he brought them up to get them wet. 3. If a Katan brings his fruits to the roof in order to prevent infestation and dew falls on them, they are not susceptible to Tum'ah, even if he brought them up to get them wet. 4. If a Katan brings an Olah from the south of the Azarah to the north and slaughters it in the north, it is not a valid Shechitah. 5. If a person raises a knife without intending to perform an act of Shechitah, and while raising the knife he slaughters a Korban inadvertently, it is not a valid Shechitah. 6. A Nochri's Shechitah renders the animal a Neveilah, and it is Metamei b'Masa, according to the Tana of the Mishnah. According to Rebbi Elazar, one is forbidden to derive benefit from it. 7. A Min's Shechitah is considered a Shechitah for Avodah Zarah, and one is forbidden to derive benefit from it. 8. The Korban of a Yisrael Mumar is not accepted. 9. Rebbi Yehudah ben Beseirah maintains that Korbanos which were brought to an Avodah Zarah are Metamei b'Ohel like a Mes. 10. One is permitted to slaughter at night by the light of a torch. 11. One is permitted to slaughter on top of a roof and on a boat.

A BIT MORE
1. An act of a Katan has significance, but not his Machshavah. Since he merely intended to make it into a Kli, it is not considered a Kli with mere Machshavah. 2. However, if he was happy that the dew fell on the fruits, even if he did not put them on the roof for that purpose, they become susceptible to Tum'ah. 3. However, if, after the dew fell on the fruits, the Katan turned them over so that the dew would fall on the other side, they become susceptible to Tum'ah. 4. The Shechitah of Kodshim requires intent. The Shechitah of an Olah is valid only in the north of the Azarah. The fact that the Katan brought the Olah to the north is not sufficient indication of intent. However, if the Katan explicitly says that he is bringing it to the north because the Shechitah is valid only in the north, the Shechitah is valid. 5. However, if he intended to perform an act of Shechitah, even if he did not intend to slaughter that particular Korban, it is a valid Shechitah. 6. Rebbi Elazar maintains that an unspecified (Stam) Shechitah done by a worshipper of Avodah Zarah is considered a Shechitah for Avodah Zarah, and one is forbidden to derive benefit from it. 7. A Min is one who is very attached to an Avodah Zarah. His bread has the status of Pas Kusim, his wine is Yayin Nesech, and his fruits are Tevel. 8. However, Korbanos are accepted from all Nochrim without exception. 9. Avodah Zarah is called "Zivchei Mesim," and therefore it is Metamei like a Mes, according to Rebbi Yehudah ben Beseirah. 10. However, one may not slaughter at night without a torch, and a blind person may not slaughter at all. However, b'Di'eved the Shechitah is valid. 11. One is forbidden to slaughter into a Kli or into the river or sea. However, when one slaughters on a roof, it is obvious to all that the reason why he slaughtered into a Kli was that he did not want to soil his roof, and not because he intended to sprinkle the blood to an Avodah Zarah. One is also permitted to slaughter on a boat, because it is obvious to all that he is slaughtering into the water only because he is on a boat, and not because he is slaughtering to the Sar of the sea.
