SUMMARY
1. The Mishnah discusses the definition of "Shifchah Charufah." 2. The man is obligated to bring his Korban Asham only if the Shifchah receives lashes. 3. If one of the people involved in a forbidden relationship was a minor, the minor does not get punished but the adult does. 4. Rav Yehudah: In the case of a Shifchah Charufah, even the adult or person who was awake (in #3 above) is exempt. 5. The Mishnah discusses various cases in which a witness or witnesses inform a person that he mistakenly ate forbidden fat and is therefore obligated to bring a Korban.

A BIT MORE
1. Rebbi Yehudah: A Shifchah Charufah is a woman who is half Kena'anis maidservant and half free. Rebbi Yishmael: A Shifchah Charufah is a Shifchah Kena'anis. There are many more opinions in the Gemara. 2. This is derived from the order in which the Torah discusses the man's sin. The Torah states first that the woman receives lashes, and then that the man offers a Korban, instead of stating first that he offers a Korban and then that she receives lashes. 3. Similarly, if one of two adults was sleeping and the other was awake, only the one who was awake is punished. 4. The Torah compares the two people involved in the sin to the extent that they receive their punishment only if both of them are liable to receive punishment. 5. For example, if two people tell someone that he mistakenly ate forbidden fat and he does not deny it, he is obligated to bring a Chatas.
