SUMMARY
1. The Mishnah lists five categories of people who bring a Korban Olah v'Yored.
2. The Beraisa differentiates between categories of Korbanos in which a slight reduction is given based on need, and those in which there a steep reduction is given.
3. The Gemara discusses the typical value of these Korbanos.
4. The Mishnah discusses the many differences between one who sins with a Shifchah Charufah and one who sins with the other forbidden relationships.
5. Although in cases of other forbidden relationships, the man and woman receive the same punishment, in the case of relations between a man and a Shifchah, the punishments are different.

A BIT MORE
1. They are: Someone who swears falsely that he does not know testimony about a certain matter, one who swears that he did or will do something and he did not do it, one who went into the Beis ha'Mikdash or ate Kodshim while Tamei, a woman who gives birth, and a Metzora.
2. For example, a poor woman who gives birth and a poor Metzora may offer a bird offering instead of an animal offering. The other three categories (see #1) have a further reduction for the very poor; they may offer a Minchah (flour) offering instead of an animal or bird.
3. A sheep generally costs one Sela, while a Minchah (flour) offering generally costs one Perutah (a small copper coin).
4. For example, the Korban brought for unintentional forbidden relations is a Chatas, while one who has relations with a Shifchah Charufah, whether intentionally or unintentionally, must bring an Asham.
5. The man must offer an Asham Shifchah Charufah; the Shifchah receives lashes.
