SUMMARY
Rebbi Yochanan says that if five people divorce their wives with the same Get and there is one date for all of them and the witnesses signed on the bottom, all of the Gitin are Kosher. (1) If there is a separate date for each one of them only the bottom one that the witnesses signed on is a Kosher Get. Reish Lakish says that if five people divorce their wives with the same Get if it states Ploni and Ploni are divorcing Plonis and Plonis and the witnesses signed on the bottom all of the Gitin are Kosher. (2) If the Get ends with She'eilas Shalom and the witnesses sign underneath it is Pasul but if it states and She'eilas Shalom it is Kosher. (3) If a Get is written during the day and signed at night it is Pasul. Two women or two servants may not be divorced or freed with the same Get or the same Shtar Shichrur. If a person writes one Shtar giving all of his property to one servant and another Shtar giving all of his property to a second servant the two servants are jointly Koneh the property and they may free each other. (4) According to Rebbi Yehudah Ben Beseira if there are separate dates for all five women, but there is no space between each Get the Get is Kosher. (5) If the Get states Ploni and Ploni are divorcing Plonis and Plonis and Ploni divorces Plonis etc. if there is a separate date for each one and space between each one only the bottom one is Kosher Rebbi Meir says if there is a separate date for each Get even if there is no space between each one only the bottom one is Kosher. If there are two Gitin written side by side and the first two witnesses signed with Lashon Ivri across the bottom of the two Gitin and another two witnesses signed after them with Lashon Yevani, according to the Tana of our Mishnah only the Get that the first two witnesses signed on is Kosher. (6) According to the Tana of the Beraisa both Gitin are Kosher because the witnesses who signed with Lashon Ivri signed on the right Get and the witnesses who signed with Lashon Yevani signed on the left Get (7) If there are two Gitin written side by side and the first witness signed with Lashon Ivri his name under the right Get and his father's name under the left Get and the witness underneath him signed with Lashon Yevani with his father's name under the left Get and his name under the right Get and the next witness signed with Lashon Ivri with his name under the left Get and his father's name under the right Get and the witness underneath him signed with Lashon Yevani with his name under the left Get and the father's name under the right Get according to the Tana of our Mishnah both Gitin are Pasul. According to the Tana of the Beraisa both Gitin are Kosher because each Get is signed by one witness with Lashon Ivri and one witness with Lashon Yevani. (8) If a witness signs on a Get Ben Ish Ploni Ed or Ish Ploni Ed it is a valid signature. If a person uses a symbol to sign a Get the Get it is a valid signature. If there is a gap with a space of two lines between the end of the Get and the signatures the Get is Pasul. If the gap is filled up with signatures even if the signatures are from relatives who are Pasul for Eidus the Get is Kosher. If the Get is completed in a second column and the witness signed at the end of the second column the Get is Kosher. If the witnesses signed on the top of the Get or on the side or the back of the Get it is Pasul. (9) If two Gitin are written on one parchment and the tops of the two Gitin are next to each other and the witnesses signed in the middle, both Gitin are Pasul. If two Gitin are written on one parchment and the ends of the two Gitin are next to each other and the witnesses signed in the middle, the Get that the signatures can be read facing the same direction is Kosher. If two Gitin are written on one parchment and the top of one Get is next to the bottom of the other Get and the witnesses signed in the middle, if the witnesses signed facing the direction of the Get that ends next to the signatures that Get is Kosher. If the writing of the Get is Ivri and witnesses sign in Yevani or vice versa or if one witness is Ivri and the other is Yevani the Get is Kosher. If the Get is Ksav Sofer and one witness it is Kosher. If the witness signs on the Get Ish Ploni Ben Ish Ploni it is Kosher If a nickname is used for the husband or wife the Get is Kosher.
A BIT MORE
1. The Get states Ploni divorces Plonis and Ploni divorces Plonis etc. and thus the witnesses are signing on all of the Gitin. 2. The Get states afterwards Ploni divorces Plonis and Ploni divorces Plonis etc. because two women may not be divorced with the same Get. 3. If it doesn't state and it is Pasul because the witnesses may be signing on the She'eilas Shalom and not on the Get. 4. If they receive their respective Shtaros at the same time they are both Koneh, but if one receives his Shtar before the other only that servant is Koneh the property and he is Koneh himself plus the other servant. 5. Rebbi Yehudah Ben Beseira holds like Rebbi Yochanan that if there is one date for all of them all of the Gitin are Kosher, but if there are separate dates only the last one is Kosher, however he holds that if there is no space between the Gitin all of them are Kosher even if there are separate dates for each one. 6. The two witnesses who signed with Lashon Ivri signed their names under the right Get and the names of their father under the left Get and the two witnesses who signed with Lashon Yevani signed their names under the left Get and the names of their father under the right Get. If the witnesses who signed with Lashon Ivri signed first, the right Get is Kosher and if the witnesses who signed with Lashon Yevani signed first the left Get is Kosher. 7. However the Tana of our Mishnah holds that possibly when the witnesses who signed with Lashon Yevani saw that the witnesses who signed before them signed their own names first before they signed their father's name the Yevanim changed their usual custom and they also signed their own names first and thus only the Get on the right is signed by witnesses. 8. However the Tana of our Mishnah holds that it is Pasul because of the concern that possibly when the first Yevani who signed saw that the Ivri who signed before him signed his name first maybe he changed his custom and also signed his name first and thus he signed on the left Get and the left Get has three signatures while the right Get has only one signature, or instead there is a possibility that when the second Ivri signed he saw that the Yevani who signed before him signed his father's name first and maybe he changed his custom and also signed his father's name first and than it turns out that he signed on the right Get and the right Get has three signatures while the left Get has only one. 9. This is referring to a Get Pashut (a regular Get), however with respect to a Get Mekushar the Edim always sign on the back.

BRIEF INSIGHT
A GREEK GET The Mishnah states that if there are two Gitin written side by side and the first two witnesses signed with Lashon Ivri and another two witnesses signed with Lashon Yevani only the Get that the first two witnesses signed on is Kosher, because of the possibility that when the witnesses who signed with Lashon Yevani changed their usual custom and signed their own names first and thus only the Get on the right is signed by witnesses. If we are concerned for this even the Get on the right should not be Kosher if the Get is written in Yevani because maybe the first two witnesses changed their usual custom and signed in the manner of the Yevani since they were signing on a Get that is written in Yevani. The Rashash answers that in this case the Get is only Kosher if it is written in Lashon Ivri but if the Get was written in Yevani and the first two witnesses signed in Ivri both Gitin are Pasul.
QUICK HALACHAH
A GAP IN THE GET If there is a gap with a space of two lines between the end of the Get and the witnesses it is Pasul. How far from the end of the Get shall the witnesses sign? Less than two lines so that the signatures can be read together with the Get. However the Get is only Pasul if there were no Eidei Mesirah; if there were Eidei Mesirah the Get is Kosher because even if there are no witnesses signed on the Get at all it is Kosher. (Rambam Hilchos Gerushin 1:18) If there is a gap of two lines between the end of the Get and the signatures the Get is Pasul even if there are Eidei Mesirah because of the concern that there was a condition written at the end of the Get and the wife erased it.
