SUMMARY

1. According to Rebbi Akiva, blood of any Korban which is brought into the Heichal becomes Pasul.

2. Rebbi Yosi ha'Glili says that only blood of a Chatas which is brought into the Heichal becomes Pasul.

3. Rebbi Yosi ha'Glili says that when a Chatas ha'Penimis becomes Pasul, it is burned in the Azarah.

4. If the blood of a Korban is received in two vessels, and one vessel of blood is taken outside the Azarah, the remaining blood is valid. If one vessel is brought inside the Heichal, there is a disagreement about whether the remaining blood is valid.

5. If a Kohen performs the Avodah of a Korban with intent to place the blood of the Korban inside the Heichal, the Korban is valid.

6. If the flesh of a Korban is brought inside the Heichal, it is valid.

7. If a Kohen acquires a Jewish servant, the servant may not eat Terumah, even if he becomes an Eved Nirtzeh.

8. Rava says that if the blood of a Chatas is brought inside the Kodesh ha'Kodashim through the entrance, it becomes Pasul. If the Kohen intended to bring the blood into the Kodesh ha'Kodashim but did not bring it further than the Heichal, it is valid.

9. If the blood of a Par He'elem Davar or a Sa'ir Avodah Zarah is brought inside the Kodesh ha'Kodashim, there is a doubt whether the Korban is Pasul.

10. If the blood of a Par or Sa'ir Yom ha'Kipurim was placed in the Kodesh ha'Kodashim and was subsequently brought into the Heichal, there is a doubt about whether it is Pasul if the blood is brought back into the Kodesh ha'Kodashim.

A BIT MORE

1. Both the blood of Kodshei Kodashim and the blood of Kodshim Kalim become Pasul when brought into the Heichal, according to Rebbi Akiva.

2. The blood becomes Pasul whether it is the blood of a Chatas Yachid or a Chatas Tzibur. According to Rebbi Eliezer, only blood of a Chatas or an Asham which is brought into the Heichal becomes Pasul.

3. Had it not become Pasul, it would have been burned outside the three Machanos. Since it became Pasul, it is burned in the Azarah just as other Pesulim are burned in the Azarah.

4. According to the Chachamim, the remaining blood is Pasul. Rebbi Yosi ha'Glili says that it is valid.

5. However, if the Kohen performs the Avodah with intent to place the blood of the Korban outside the Azarah, the Korban is Pasul.

6. If the flesh of a Korban is taken out of the Azarah, it becomes Pasul. If it is brought into the Heichal, it is valid.

7. The master does not have a Kinyan on the Guf of a Jewish servant. Therefore, although a Nochri servant owned by a Kohen may eat Terumah, a Jewish servant may not.

8. Blood of a Chatas brought into the Heichal becomes Pasul. However, if the Kohen's intent was to bring it into the Kodesh ha'Kodashim, it becomes Pasul only when it is brought into the Kodesh ha'Kodashim.

9. Since a Par He'eleme’H Davar and a Sa'ir Avodah Zarah are Chata'os Penimiyos, and their blood is placed in the Heichal, perhaps even if their blood is brought into the Kodesh ha'Kodashim it remains valid.

10. The blood of these Korbanos is placed in the Kodesh ha'Kodashim. Perhaps, however, once the blood is taken out of the Kodesh ha'Kodashim it may not be brought back in, and if it is bought back in it is Pasul.
