3. Rebbi Akiva says that if homemade loaves of bread become mixed with Matzah on Pesach, even one in a thousand, the mixture is forbidden.

4. Yayin Nesech falls into a storage pit of wine. According to the Tana Kama, it is forbidden to derive benefit from the wine. According to Raban Shimon ben Gamliel, all of the wine may be sold to a Nochri with the exception of the value of the Yayin Nesech.

5. A stone winepress which was tarred by a Nochri must be wiped down with water and ashes.

6. If a stone winepress was not tarred, but was used by a Nochri to press wine, it is not necessary to dry it off, but only to wash it.

1. This list includes: a barrel of Yayin Nesech, an idol of Avodah Zarah, the hide of an animal from which the heart was removed and offered as a sacrifice to an Avodah Zarah, a Peter Chamor, an Eglah Arufah, birds of a Metzora, hair of a Nazir, meat cooked with milk, the goat sent to Azazel on Yom Kippur, and an animal of Chulin which was slaughtered in the Azarah.

2. It is forbidden to derive benefit from Orlah and Kil'ei ha'Kerem.

3. It is forbidden to derive benefit from Chametz on Pesach.

4. Rav says the Halachah follows the view of Raban Shimon ben Gamliel when a barrel of Yayin Nesech is mixed with other barrels, but not if wine of Yayin Nesech is mixed with other wine. Shmuel says the Halachah follows Raban Shimon ben Gamliel even when wine of Yayin Nesech is mixed with other wine.

5. It is normal for a little bit of wine to be used in the tarring process. Therefore, it must be wiped clean.

6. If the stone press was tarred and was also used to press wine, the tar must be peeled off. The wine penetrates the cracks in the tar.

7. Rebbi agrees with the Rabanan regarding earthenware containers belonging to a Nochri which are used for storing wine. It is not sufficient to wipe them down, since the containers hold wine over long periods. Instead, they must be filled with water for there days. The water must be changed every day.

8. If it was not tarred, everyone agrees that it must merely be wiped down and it is permitted.
