SUMMARY
1. Even though a third group was required, it was labeled the "lazy" group. 2. Rebbi Yehudah: Blood should be collected from the floor of the Azarah into one vessel and be sprinkled on the Mizbe'ach. 3. Even though Kohanim are industrious, it was possible that blood spilled on the floor. 4. The Mishnah discusses which parts of the offering of the Korban Pesach override the prohibitions of Shabbos. 5. There is a dispute about whether one is permitted to cut off a blemish from a Korban on Shabbos in order to offer it.

A BIT MORE
1. This is as Rebbi said, that the world needs perfume makers and tanners, but praised is the one who is a perfume maker (he smells nice), and woe to the tanner (who smells awful). 2. This was done in case one of the vessels of blood from a Korban Pesach spilled. By sprinkling some of the blood from the floor on the Mizbe'ach, that Korban would be rendered valid. The Rabanan did not agree that this should to be done. 3. Since the Kohanim do everything so quickly on Erev Pesach, it is possible that one of the vessels of blood might fall. 4. Slaughtering, sprinkling blood, crushing its innards, and offering the fats override prohibitions of Shabbos. Roasting it and washing the innards do not override Shabbos. 5. The dispute is in a case where there is an Isur d'Rabanan that prohibits excising the blemish. The Tana Kama says that this is forbidden, and Rebbi Eliezer says that it is permitted.
