SUMMARY
If a Nazir is Safek Tamei Mes and Safek Metzora Muchlat he may only eat Kodshim after 60 days. (1) He may only drink wine after 120 days. (2) If a person is a Nazir for 100 days and he is Safek Tamei Mes and Safek Metzora Muchlat he may eat Kodshim after 2 years and drink wine after 4 years. If a Nazir becomes Tamei Mes the days of his Tum'ah do not count toward his Nezirus. Both a Nazir Tamei and a Metzora Muchlat must shave and bring Korbanos. When a Nazir becomes Tamei Mes he must recount his Nezirus. A Nazir who becomes a Metzora Muchlat does not have to recount his Nezirus, but the days of his Hechlet do not count for his Nezirus. A Metzora Muchlat must shave when his Tzara'as heals and again when he completes his seven days of counting. The seven days of counting of a Metzora Muchlat do not count for his days of Nezirus. Both a Metzora Musgar and Metzora Muchlat are Metamei Mishkav and Moshav. A Metzora Musgar does not have to shave or bring Korbanos. When a Nazir becomes a Zav or a Metzora Musgar the days of his Zivah or Hesger count for his Nezirus. Any Tum'ah that obligates a Nazir to shave is also Mechayev a person for entering the Beis ha'Mikdash. Any Tum'ah that does not obligate a Nazir to shave is not Mechayev a person for entering the Beis ha'Mikdash according to Rebbi Eliezer. (3) Rebbi Meir holds that even though the Tum'ah does not obligate a Nazir to shave it is Mechayev a person for entering the Beis ha'Mikdash. (4) If someone plants Sheves in two or three different places he must take Pe'ah separately from each place. One may not learn a Kal v'Chomer from a Halachah l'Moshe mi'Sinai. (5)
A BIT MORE
1. He may not shave until after thirty days because maybe he is a Nazir Tahor and he is not a Metzora. He may not shave again until after sixty days because maybe he was not a Metzora but he was Tamei and now he is in the middle of his thirty days of Nezirus Taharah. He may eat Kodshim only after sixty days because maybe he was a Metzora and a Metzora is prohibited from eating Kodshim until he shaves twice - once for his Hechlet and once more after counting seven days. 2. After sixty days he may not shave again until ninety days because maybe he was a Metzora and the first shaving was for his Hechlet and the second shaving was for the seven days of counting and now he is in the middle of his thirty days of Nezirus. He may not shave again until 120 days because maybe he was both Tamei Mes and a Metzora and the third shaving was for a his Nezirus Temei'ah and now he is in the middle of his Nezirus Taharah. Only after 120 days is he certainly completed with his Nezirus and now he may drink wine and be Metamei to Mesim. 3. Such as the Tum'ah of a Golel, or Dofek, or an Ohel ha'Mes, or a Rova of bones from a Mes, or a Revi'is of blood from a Mes. 4. It should not be any different than the Tum'ah of a Sheretz which does not obligate a Nazir to shave and yet is Mechayev a person for entering the Beis ha'Mikdash with that Tum'ah.

BRIEF INSIGHT
A SAFEK NAZIR TAMEI If a Nazir is Safek Tamei Mes and Safek Metzora Muchlat he may only eat Kodshim after 60 days because maybe he was a Metzora and a Metzora is Mechusar Kipurim and is prohibited from eating Kodshim. Tosfos asks that a Nazir Tamei is also Mechusar Kipurim and yet he is permitted to eat Kodshim. Tosfos answers that only a Mechusar Kipurim for a Tum'ah that comes from the body is prohibited from eating Kodshim.
QUICK HALACHAH
A METZORA Both a Metzora Muchlat and Musgar are an Av ha'Tum'ah and are Metamei people and utensils upon contact and earthenware utensils in the inside. They are Metamei people b'Masa and are Metamei Mishkav and Moshav, even underneath a stone like a Zav and Zavah. (Rambam Hilchos Tum'as Tzara'as 10:11)
