SUMMARY
Fruit does not taste as good now as it did before the destruction of the Beis ha'Mikdash. (1)
After the destruction of the Beis ha'Mikdash, the Urim v'Tumim ceased. (2)
After Chagai, Zecharyah, and Mal'achi died, there was no more Ru'ach ha'Kodesh. (3)
A Bas Kol called out during a gathering of Tana'im, saying that one among them would be a prophet if his generation would be worthy. (4)
The Gemara discusses the special Shamir worm. (5)
A BIT MORE
1. Many such blessings stopped after the destruction of the Beis ha'Mkdash, which was a source of blessing for the world.
2. There were also no longer kings from the Davidic dynasty.
3. However, there still were communications from Heaven from time to time through a Bas Kol.
4. When this was said, everyone looked at Hillel the Elder (as it was obvious that the Bas Kol was referring to him).
5. It was created the size of a barleycorn, and could "drill" through anything.
