SUMMARY
1. If one slaughters Kodshim without intent to perform Shechitah, but he was occupied with something else, the Shechitah is Pasul. 2. Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Yosi says that if the owner of the Korban had a Machshavah of Pigul, the Korban is Pasul even though the Kohen performed the Avodah with the proper Machshavah. 3. If an animal is slaughtered for a person who worships Avodah Zarah, the Shechitah is valid, according to the Tana Kama. Rebbi Eliezer says that the Shechitah is Pasul. 4. If an item is not significant because it is not valuable enough or large enough to be set aside, and someone chose to set it aside anyway, and another person carried it into Reshus ha'Rabim on Shabbos, he is Chayav, according to Rebbi Shimon ben Elazar. 5. Kodshei Kodashim are slaughtered in the north part of the Azarah, and the blood is received in a Kli Shares in the north part of the Azarah. 6. The Par and Sa'ir of Yom ha'Kipurim are slaughtered, and their blood received, in the north part of the Azarah. Their blood is sprinkled between the Badim of the Aron, on the Paroches, and on the golden Mizbe'ach. 7. Parim ha'Nisrafim and Se'irim ha'Nisrafim are slaughtered, and their blood received, in the north part of the Azarah. Their blood is sprinkled on the Paroches and on the golden Mizbe'ach. 8. Two Kohanim receive the blood of an Asham Metzora: one receives the blood in his hand, and the other receives the blood in a Kli Shares.

A BIT MORE
1. If the slaughterer thought that the animal was Chulin, his act is also regarded as Mis'asek and it is Pasul. 2. The Tana of the Mishnah disagrees. He says that only the Machshavah of the Kohen who performs the Avodah has an effect on the Korban, not the Machshavah of the owner. 3. According to Rebbi Eliezer, the Machshavah of the owner affects the Shechitah. The Stam (unspecified) Machshavah of a person who worships Avodah Zarah is for the Avodah Zarah. His Machshavah for the Avodah Zarah invalidates the Shechitah. 4. The prohibition against carrying into a Reshus ha'Rabim on Shabbos applies only to something of significance. If one set an item aside, he has given it significance. Even if someone else carries it into Reshus ha'Rabim, he is Chayav due to the Machshavah of the person who set it aside. 5. A Chatas, Asham, Olah, and Shalmei Tzibur of Shavuos are all Kodshei Kodashim and must be slaughtered, and their blood received in a Kli Shares, in the north part of the Azarah. 6. The remaining blood is poured on the Yesod of the Mizbe'ach in the Azarah. If the Kohen Gadol fails to do even one of the Matanos of the blood, the Korban is Pasul. If he fails to pour the remaining blood on the Mizbe'ach, the Korban is valid. 7. A Par He'elem Davar and a Par Kohen Mashu'ach are Parim ha'Nisrafim, and a Sa'ir Avodah Zarah is a Sa'ir ha'Nisrafim. Their Eimurim are placed on the Mizbe'ach. The remainder of the animal is taken out of Yerushalayim and burned in the place where the Deshen of the Mizbe'ach is deposited. 8. The Kohen who receives the blood in his hand takes the blood to where the Metzora is standing, and he places the blood on the Behonos of the Metzora. The Kohen who receives the blood in a Kli Shares takes the blood to the Mizbe'ach and sprinkles it on the Mizbe'ach.
