SUMMARY
1. There is no Chiyuv for Pigul, Nosar, or Tamei for the Korban of a Nochri. There is no Chiyuv for slaughtering it outside the Azarah, according to Rebbi Shimon. Rebbi Yosi disagrees. 2. A person may not benefit from the Kodshim of a Nochri, but he is not Chayav a Korban Me'ilah if he does, according to Rebbi Shimon. Rebbi Yosi disagrees. 3. A Temurah cannot be made from the Korban of a Nochri. 4. A Nochri may not bring Nesachim as a Nedavah. If he brings a Korban Nesachim, it is brought along with his Korban. 5. If the blood of a Korban becomes Tamei b'Shogeg, the Korban atones. If a Korban Yachid becomes Tamei b'Mezid, the Korban does not atone. If it is a Korban Tzibur, the Korban atones. 6. If the blood of the Korban of a Nochri becomes Tamei even b'Shogeg, the Korban does not atone. 7. Even for items for which there is no Chiyuv Pigul, there is a Chiyuv for Nosar and Tamei, with the exception of the blood of a Korban. Rebbi Shimon maintains that there is no Chiyuv for Tum'ah for something inedible. 8. The Chiyuv for eating Kodshim in a state of Tum'ah applies only when the Matir has been brought. If the Korban has no Matir, the Chiyuv for eating it in a state of Tum'ah applies only once it has been sanctified in a Kli Shares.

A BIT MORE
1. A Nochri may bring a Korban as a Nedavah in the Beis ha'Mikdash. However, it does not share the same laws as the Korban of a Yisrael, according to Rebbi Shimon. Rebbi Yosi maintains that the Korban of a Nochri is no different from the Korban of a Yisrael. 2. The laws of Me'ilah do not apply to the Kodshei Mizbe'ach of a Nochri, according to Rebbi Shimon. Everyone agrees that the laws of Me'ilah apply to the Kodshei Bedek ha'Bayis of a Nochri. 3. The Torah compares the laws of Temurah to the laws of Ma'aser Behemah. Ma'aser Behemah is an obligation which has no set time and which does not apply at all to a Nochri. A Nochri may bring only a Neder or Nedavah. 4. If a Nochri brings an Olah and sends money for Nesachim along with his Korban, the money is used for his Nesachim. If he does not send money for the Nesachim, the Nesachim are brought from the communal funds, as there is a Tenai Beis Din that the funds may be used for such a purpose. 5. The Beis Din enacted a penalty that a Korban Yachid does not atone if the blood becomes Tamei b'Mezid. Nevertheless, the owner may not bring a new Korban since Min ha'Torah the Korban atones. However, since mid'Rabanan the Korban does not atone, the flesh of the Korban may not be eaten. 6. Rebbi Yosi maintains that the Korban of a Nochri is no different from the Korban of a Yisrael. Nevertheless, it is a Gezeiras ha'Kasuv that if the blood becomes Tamei, the Korban does not atone. 7. There is no Chiyuv Pigul for a Kometz, Ketores, or Minchas Kohanim and the like which do not have a Matir. However, there is a Chiyuv for Nosar and Tamei, with the exception of the blood of a Korban. Rebbi Shimon maintains that there is no Chiyuv Tum'ah for Etzim, Levonah, or Ketores, since these items are not usually eaten. 8. If the Kodshim has a Matir, such as the blood of a Korban which is Matir the Eimurim and the flesh, or the Kometz of a Minchah which is Matir the Shirayim, there is a Chiyuv for Tum'ah when the Matir is brought. If it does not have a Matir, such as a Minchas Kohen or Minchas Nesachim, the Chiyuv for Tum'ah applies from the time that it is sanctified in a utensil.
