SUMMARY

1. There is a dispute about who may put the ashes of the Parah Adumah into the special water.

2. There is a dispute about who may sprinkle the ashes of the Parah Adumah.

3. A Tevul Yom may be involved with the Parah Adumah.

4. The Kohen Gadol does not mention the other Kohanim in his first Viduy on Yom Kippur.

5. The Mishnah discusses differences between how the services were performed on Yom Kippur and how they were performed daily.

A BIT MORE

1. Tana Kama: Anyone may do so, except for a deaf mute, an insane person, and a minor. Rebbi Yehudah: A minor may do so, but a woman or Androginus may not.

2. Anyone may do so except for a Tumtum, an Androginus, or a woman.

3. This is derived from the verse, "And the Tahor one will sprinkle on the Tamei one," implying that the Tahor one just became Tahor and he is still somewhat Tamei. This refers to a Tevul Yom who is still restricted from eating Terumah.

4. This is because it is appropriate for him first to confess his own sins and those of his household. Once he has gained atonement for his own sins, he is considered fit to seek forgiveness on behalf of all of the Kohanim.

5. For example, the Mishnah discusses the many differences between how the Kohen Gadol obtained the coals used for the Ketores offering in the Kodesh ha'Kodashim and how the coals were obtained for the Ketores offering on ordinary days.
