SUMMARY
1. The Rabanan decreed that a Nochri is Tamei Zivah from the age of Bi'ah: nine years old for a boy and three years old for a girl.
2. If a man gives a Get to his wife and says, "This is your Get if I do not return within twelve months," and he dies within twelve months, there is a disagreement about whether the Get takes effect.
3. If a man gives a Get to his wife and says, "This is your Get when the sun rises," everyone agrees the Get is not valid until the sun rises.
4. If a man gives a Get to his wife and says, "This is your Get on condition that the sun rises," everyone agrees the Get is valid retroactively from the time it was given.
5. According to Rav Papa, Rebbi Yosi ben Yo'ezer and the Rabanan disagree about whether a grasshopper with a long neck is permitted to be eaten.
6. According to Rav, the Rabanan decreed that liquid is susceptible to Tum'ah. Shmuel maintains that liquid is susceptible to Tum'ah Min ha'Torah, but it coveys Tum'ah only mid'Rabanan.
7. If one comes into contact with a person at the same time that the person is in contact with a Mes, he becomes Tamei for seven days.
8. A Safek Tum'ah in a private domain is Tamei, but in a public domain it is Tahor.
9. A food item which was cooked by a Nochri may not be eaten.

A BIT MORE
1. The reason for the decree is so that a Nochri boy will not seduce a Yisrael for Mishkav Zachor, and a girl will not seduce a Jewish boy.
2. According to the Rabanan, it is not a valid Get unless he says, "It should go into effect from now if I do not return within twelve months." According to Rebbi Yosi, even if he does not say "from now" it is a valid Get; since it is dated from the time he gave the Get, it is apparent that he wanted the Get to take effect retroactively from the time he gave it.
3. Even according to Rebbi Yosi, the Get does not go into effect retroactively from the time it was given, even though it was dated from that time, because it is tantamount to saying, "It should go into effect from today and after my death," and it is a Safek if it goes into effect retroactively. Therefore, if he dies before the sun rises, it is not a Get.
4. When one says "on condition," he implies that it should be a Get from the time it was given. Therefore, if he dies before the sun rises, it is a valid Get retroactively from the time it was given.
5. According to Ula, everyone agrees that a grasshopper with a long neck is forbidden. The disagreement between Rebbi Yosi ben Yo'ezer and the Rabanan involves a grasshopper which has wings which barely cover most of its body. According to the Rabanan, only a grasshopper which has wings that easily cover most if its body is permitted. Rebbi Yosi ben Yo'ezer disagrees.
6. According to Rav, since liquid is not susceptible to Tum'ah Min ha'Torah the blood and water in the Azarah is not susceptible to Tum'ah at all because the decree of the Rabanan does not apply in the Azarah. According to Shmuel, the liquids in the Azarah do not convey Tum'ah, but they are susceptible to Tum'ah since their susceptibility is Min ha'Torah.
7. However, if one comes in contact with the person after he has already disconnected himself from the Mes, he is Tamei only until the evening.
8. The laws of Safek Tum'ah are derived from the Tum'ah of a Safek Sotah, which is a Tum'ah in a private domain. Just as a Safek Sotah is Tamei, any Safek Tum'ah is Tamei if it is in a private domain.
9. It is prohibited because of the concern that it will lead to intermarriage.
