SUMMARY
1. There is a disagreement about whether a person is Chayav a Korban for a Shevu'as ha'Pikadon b'Mezid.
2. The Korban Asham brought for a Shevu'as ha'Pikadon is more stringent than the Korban Chatas brought for a Shevu'as ha'Edus.
3. Rabah maintains that if a person swears a Shevu'as ha'Pikadon while witnesses are aware that the Pikadon is in his possession, he is exempt from a Korban.
4. A person owes money to two partners, admits to owing the entire debt to one of the partners, and swears a Shevu'as ha'Pikadon that he does not owe money to the other partner. He is exempt from a Korban.
5. A person who swears falsely that a Pikadon was stolen, then admits after witnesses testify, must pay Kefel and bring a Korban Asham.
6. Rebbi Yochanan maintains that a person who swears a Shevu'as ha'Pikadon on a debt written in a Shtar is exempt from a Korban.
7. Rebbi Yochanan maintains that if a person swears a Shevu'as ha'Edus on Karka, he is exempt from a Korban. Rebbi Elazar disagrees.
8. If a person steals a field which becomes flooded by a river, there is a disagreement about whether he must compensate the owner.

A BIT MORE
1. The Rabanan maintain that he is Chayav a Korban. Rebbi Shimon maintains that he is exempt from a Korban, and if he was given Hasra'ah he is punished with Malkus.
2. A Korban Chatas is bought for a minimal amount of money. A Korban Asham must be bought for at least two Sela'im.
3. Since he will have to return the Pikadon as a result of the testimony of the witnesses, his denial is inconsequential. It does not obligate him to bring a Korban.
4. A person owes money with a Shtar and admits that he owes one of the partners. He then swears a Shevu'as ha'Pikadon to the other partner. He is exempt from a Korban.
5. He must bring a Korban Asham for his Shevu'as ha'Pikadon. However, he is exempt from paying an additional fifth, since he must pay Kefel.
6. When there is a Shtar, the Karka of the debtor is Meshubad to the loan. A Korban is not brought for denying a Shibud on Karka.
7. Rebbi Yochanan maintains that a Korban is not brought for denying Karka. Rebbi Elazar maintains that a Korban is brought even for denying Karka.
8. Rebbi Eliezer maintains that he must compensate the owner because Karka may be stolen. He is obligated to return the stolen item. The Rabanan maintain that Karka may not be stolen, and thus the law of returning a stolen item does not apply.
