SUMMARY
1. There is a dispute about whether a Chaver who reneges on his status can be accepted again as a Chaver. 2. If a person becomes a tax collector (one who is known to abuse his powers), he is no longer considered a Chaver. 3. While an expert generally is allowed to rule about whether his sanctified animal has a blemish, he may not do so for a firstborn animal. 4. A sanctified animal that receives a blemish is sold in the meat market and slaughtered there, unless it is a firstborn animal or Ma'aser Behemah. 5. When words of Torah are quoted in the name of a person who is not alive, his lips move in the grave (i.e. it is as if he is still alive in those moments).

A BIT MORE
1. Rebbi Meir: He cannot. Rebbi Shimon: We always accept him again, as the verse states, "Return, rebellious sons." 2. When a great Rav, Rav Huna bar Chiya, became a tax collector, the Rabanan refused to go to his house to learn Torah from him. He subsequently quit his job as a tax collector. 3. This refers to an expert who is a Kohen. We suspect that he will be biased and will that the Bechor has a blemish in order to allow himself to eat the animal. 4. We want Hekdesh to receive the best price for the meat of the animal. Since a firstborn or Ma'aser Behemah with a blemish is not sold for the benefit of Hekdesh, we do not belittle Kodshim by allowing it to be sold in the meat market. 5. Rav Sheshes was upset with Rav Idi for not repeating his Torah teachings in his name.
